I bought license key for 1 computer for 1 year Software does not work. The ticket is not resolved within 72 hours as promised. They are cheating peple.
Since the day I bought the last key, I could not download from any link anymore. I sent a request through Bug Reporting with a link but never got an answer. So I paid for nothing and it is over now.

Known issue w/hanging log in, took my money anyway.
They want you to post a positive review for a free authorization key. I would love to do that unfortunately, the app & customer service suck. I was told app sign in for disney+ issue (spinning with no login screen) was a "known issue", they still took my money knowing the app has issues. Of course no email responses, except the worn-out canned response ..."we got your email, we'll get back to you...". I haven't been able to download the 1st file.
I would suggest movpilot. I didn't use them because the year price was double freegrabapp price. Now I know why.
Hard pass on freegrabapp going forward.

Based on the trial version
Based on the trial version, FreeGrabApp's FreeDisneyPlusDownload app is a fairly east way to download Disney Plus videos for offline viewing.
Pros: Easy guide to download videos: copy the link of the tv show or movie you want and paste it into the program. Video and audio download at reasonable quality.
Cons: Only 3 minute trial. Program sometimes freezes, and download is not very fast.

Fake Reviews on Website and Bad Customer Service…
The reviews on their website are fake and they remove the bad ones. Also their customer service sucks. When they mess up they blame the customer. That is why I quit using them.

Works GREAT, Output Size Should be Smaller
FreeNetflixDownloader is the best software I've used so far for downloading Netflix Shows. My only issue is that the size of the final Output video file is so large, it's always more than double the actual size of the Netflix video file. I wish the final Output video could be the same size as the actual Netflix Video itself or even smaller, other than that, it's still a great software.

Although I got mixed up when I downloaded the free version and then upgraded. I thought the word "Free" would not be in the filename, so downloaded the FlixGrab. I found my password did not work! After chatting with your bot, I realized my error, re-downloaded FreeGrabApp and the password worked.
It took very little time to sort the problem out as your staff quickly got me the answers I needed. The program works fine. Thank you.

Download reliability
In many instances the freegrab version that I have doesnt complete the download, it starts but then fails mid download. There maybe an update to fix this but I have lost confidence as it doesnt fail immediately so wastes my time to keep an eye on it.
