Investing in the Priestley House student property development owned by this company (changed name from Freeland Property Management) was the worst financial decision we ever made!
They are currently advertising student apartments in this property on their website and promising a guaranteed return of 8%.
The current service charge on these apartments (there are 127 in the building) is such that we are lucky to receive a 2 to 3% return!
Would not recommend dealing with this company as there are much better returns available elsewhere.
The Freeholder - Freeland Group manage the building, this gives investors buying into a buy to let scheme no voice and no security.
Potential investors should look for investments where a Right to Manage company is already in place.
