Paid for a service

Paid for a service , 7 days later, and counting I dont habe what I paid for and shifting goL posts each day - now their website is said not to be functioning. Absolutely ridiculous and turning to be a big fat scam at this point.

Now disgustingly say I got the logo and its okay I could not be able to download the signature- yet this was a combo.

Fraud, Fraud , fraudsters

Have bought Business cards from this…

Have bought Business cards from this company for the past 8 years or so, quality was very good, no problems.
Tried many times to place a repeat order March 25, but cannot, without buying a load of extras, and unable to place an order without allowing them to store my credit card details. Chat service was useless

Horrile company to deal with!

Horrile company to deal with!! DO NOT order from them. They never made or sent what was ordered and paid for and when I queried it after waiting for months they said it was over 90 days and too late to query. But I could re-pay for my items with a 15% discount!!?? What a joke!

I ordered business cards months ago but…

I ordered business cards months ago but have not yet been delivered. It says they are in production. I have sent several emails regarding this and have had no reply, and there is no phone number to contact. I think this is a scam website. Please be aware.

Terrible Customer Service

Terrible customer service on an order that was delivered with missing items. Company refused to refund my money even though their own order status system showed the missing items as "in production". Do not buy from this company.

Poor service and communication

They kept sending me emails to update my payment which I did multiple times and they charged my credit card for domain/ email and website. They cancelled my website and said to redo it myself. When I said I no longer want the website services and want to only keep my email, they suddenly cancelled my email access which is affecting the very sensitive nature of my business as a physician. They are not responsive or prompt and I still don’t have access to my email for 3 days.

freelogoservices.com sent me the wrong…

freelogoservices.com sent me the wrong business cards. I had to stay on a chat for 30 minutes to only be told that they couldn't reorder mine that it would need to be sent to another department. This would take another 24-48 hours to just get back to me. Again, this was their mistake. They then got back to me and said they would reprint the cards but it could take up 14 days to receive after pricing. This was their mistake! They said in the email they would offer no compensation as I already had free shipping. They wouldn't even expediate the shipping. The worst customer service experience I have had. There are many companies that print business cards, don't use this company. Customer service and operations are terrible. They are owned by Deluxe checks.

Order too late or not sent

I live in the Netherlands and also have problems with this company, The FreeLogoServices. On October 26 and 27, 2023 I placed 2 orders. I am used to my order taking a maximum of 10 days. This time I have to wait two and a half weeks. But in the meantime I had sent this company an email asking where my order was. I received an email 2 days later, in the evening, saying that they will place my order again for free because they had lost my business cards!? And the pens were no longer available. Why didn't I hear this sooner? I was also asked whether the car door magnets had already arrived.... PARDON!? Did I read that correctly????No, I hadn't received anything yet, remember!!!!! I decided to wait for the business cards anyway and sent an email back saying that I hoped they would arrive on time and that my business would suffer as a result. Today I suddenly received the business cards..... They were simply packed into a box that was too large and arrived at me as a mess. This is downright rude also how I received the business cards. This was the last straw for me. I'm so done with this company....grrrrr. The next step will be that they will refund my money to compensate for the emotional and practical damage I suffered.

I have been with this company since…2018

I have been with this company since 2018, so over 5 years, for my business domain, email, and Google G-Suite. Last month my Credit card was compromised and cancelled by my CC company. I forgot to inform this company of my new card number so when they went to renew my subscriptions, they weren't approved.
I blame myself for not contacting them to change my CC on file. But...it would have been very much appreciated if they could have contacted me to let me know they weren't able to process my payment. Instead, I just one day no longer have access to my email account or all my Google Drive files.
I went and updated my CC info as soon as I found out, but it has been a day and a half and nothing has been repaired/reactivated. Furthermore, all the emails I have sent them have been ignored thus far.
I will be switching providers.

PLEASE PLEASE CAN SOMEONE RESPOND

After a long stressful day I realised this companies customer service are based in America. So what felt like I was being ignored all day was actually because of the time difference. As soon as they picked up my emails and this review I was contacted immediately. Having said that in a business critical situation like I had today I think that email is not a very effective customer support method (as it takes a day to respond and there is no live chat or phone options).

PLEASE PLEASE CAN SOMEONE RESPOND -

My domain renewed yesterday and shows as Paid and ready to use on your account details page. However our domain has been down since yesterday and none of our emails or website is working. All of our clients and customers can't reach us and we are literally losing business by the minute. I have spoken twice to Gandi the company that hold the domain and they have said that it's freelogo's issue as they need to take it off hold - but there is no contact number and no live chat - just an email contact form that says someone will hopefully respond in 1 day???!!!!!!!!!!

Broken Mugs

Several years ago, I needed a logo fast, and this was not a "free" option as their name indicates. Granted, I bought some useful things from the company several years ago, but this past year was HORRIBLE. Mugs arrived broken twice, I had to BEG for refunds, and I'm still waiting for the last shipment of items that were sent to the wrong address. "Shaldon" promised to rectify the situation, but has not replied to my email. I think it's a cheap company that hires people in India to answer customer complaints. They will say canned answers such as, "I appreciate your patience," and "I completely understand your concern," Bla bla bla. I suggest going with a different company if you want quality items and quality service.

Slow service for business cards

I ordered business cards which I needed in 10 days. I thought that was a reasonable amount of time. There is no indication on their website how long it would take. After 4 days I contacted them via chat and was told it would take another 2 weeks. I said that wasn't good enough and tried to cancel the order which they didn't allow. I had to order different cards (via Vistaprint) and they arrived 2 days later. From the Netherlands! When the cards arrived about 10 days later they were of good quality and I prefer this design, so I am keeping them, but I was quite taken aback that it had to take so long.

Worst company I have ever dealt with

Worst company I have ever dealt with . Ordered items in October , after 3 weeks I followed up with the company to be told the order had not processed , customer service agent advised they would process a reorder , was assured this was in progress 2 weeks later by another agent . Followed up again after 1 week only to be told that neither order was processed…. It gets worse … eventually on the third attempt I get confirmation that my items have shipped . I track and get almost daily updates only to receive an email yesterday to state my items are actually out of stock and I will be issued a refund … I got daily tracking updates , I.e received, processed , left international logistics base etc, it now appears these are all false . The items are out of stock so I have been tracking false updates on a product that was never even sent to me . I have never ever dealt with a company that conducts business so badly and I would highly suggest you avoid at all costs .

Non Delivery

I rarely write reviews but believe it necessary regarding my experience with a recent order I placed with Freelogoservices.
Despite placing an order over a month ago, I have not received the products ordered, nor have I received any information on where it is, or when I can expect it, despite numerous attempts to contact the company. Their website has had it "In Production" for nearly 4 weeks. On complaining to the company, I have been asked to reorder rather than resolve the issue with the current order and to wait another 3-4 weeks. I have now asked for a refund, but doubt I will receive one based on experience to date.
This is not a rant, but more a note of caution for anyone considering purchasing from this company. I am happy that some people have had a positive experience with them, but note that many others have had the same experience as me.
They may respond to this review, but they have burnt their bridges with me through many vague responses that are just a play for time. I expect any response will be more of the same so will ignore it and suggest you do the same!
UPDATE (25th Sept)! I am surprised to find that the company has made a genuine effort to resolve the situation including a full refund. I have submitted another order based on their response. Given this, it would be unfair to leave a one star review so feel four stars is now fair.
