I am not impressed
The slots are very glitchy and reload in the middle of bonus resulting in bonus being lost when it reloads. Contacted customer service multiple times for this issue happening repeatedly and every time I was basically told I was lying and they would not assist.

I have been waiting for over five days now for a redemption. This is insane. This will keep giving you the runaround basically saying it’s been sent to the relevant team. Will not let me speak to the relevant team, but they won’t let you. I will never deposit any money into this casino, knowing that I will never get my money!
Update: got a phone call from “scam likely” and still nothing has came from this. They are not paying me my redemption. It’s that simple. It doesn’t take over 10 business days to “verify” a redemption, let alone submit it to be wired. It’s looking more and more like I’ll never see my money.
Update #2: Tuesday early morning I received a confirmation via email it was coming to my account but was skeptical because the transaction was no longer visible through the website. Received my money late Tuesday night even though they said it could take up to 5 business days (my bank doesn’t take long). Customer service offered me $5 of play to change my review and I can’t lie, they did pay me. Asked for redemption on September 11th, got redemption late September 22nd.
