Terrible experience
Terrible experience — avoid this casino
I won $178 on Free Spin Casino, and only two days later my account was suddenly closed. I was not given a clear explanation, and I was unable to withdraw the money I had legitimately won.
This is extremely frustrating and completely unacceptable. They were happy to let me deposit and play, but once I won money, my account was closed and my winnings were left inaccessible.
I have contacted support asking for an explanation and for my $178 to be paid, but this situation has been handled very poorly.
I would strongly recommend staying away from this casino. Winning money should not result in your account suddenly being closed without a clear explanation or a proper resolution.
