This site has cheated me out of several thousands of dollars via one of their games “moonlight guardian” as stated in the rules they have posted on the site 4guardian symbols triggers the re-spin feature. It states that the wild symbols count as guardian symbols- however when you get 4 wild symbols it does not trigger the feature.. I’ve had this happen multiple times and while wagering several different denominations including the max bet level.. I’ve spent weeks trying to work with the site directly with little to no communication from them. I have concrete evidence of this and still can’t get a resolution from the site.
Update- after weeks of attempts to resolve this i received an email telling me that the game preformed correctly- quoted from said email- “ The Wild Guardian does not automatically substitute for the Respins Guardian. Instead, it acts as a wildcard that adapts to the symbols needed to complete the most favorable combination.
For the Wild Guardian to count as an additional Respins Guardian, there must already be at least one Respins Guardian present on the reels.”
This “requirement” is not posted in any of the game rules that the site has posted.. in fact the game rules they have posted basically say the contrary..
from the game rules posted on their site - “ 4 or more guardian symbols award a re-spin, wild symbols can substitute as re-spin triggers and are included when wins are counted.” The rules go on to discuss the way that feature works but not once does anything about requiring at least one “pink” original guardian symbol

Awful experience
Awful experience. I signed up as a new player, bought one of their packages, and could barely play any of the games I've searched for. Some games did not load at all, others said I couldn't play and to contact support, others said "not available in your country," which is not true since these are games that I've played in other social casinos with no problem. I contacted support, and they kept telling me some games were undergoing maintenance. Fine, but I think it's ridiculous that it was only the games I searched for, not any others. Overall, very disappointed. Will not be playing with them again.
