We totally understand your frustration here, as you were sent the incorrect goods due to human error. The guys didn't properly process your request to change the size and ended up sending you what you had originally ordered. Since the order was going to Israel (a high security destination), it did take rather long to get you the correct goods, due to some complications at customs etc, but in the end we did cover all your import fees and we're glad that you've finally received the correct items you wanted.
Again, our sincerest apologies for all the hassle and inconvenience we've caused you.
