My experiance was great, fast and easy to do. But it's a shame my friend who is over 25 is denied access, she has to first get a nurse appointment which is hard to do with covid restrictions she had to beg the receptionist to be seen then have the embaressment of face to face but gave up after being told it was an 8 week wait just to be seen unless she was gay.
Our experiences are polar opposite. May be the NHS doesn't think over 25 yo you should still have sex!

This service is fantastic, it's easy to order and very convenient without having to make appointment and the tracking is brilliant it's a thumb up from me . The first time I use this service I came back positive for a sti ...I rang the phone number and the receptionist was lovely ,friendly and very helpful had my appointment was made . I felt ashamed but was put at ease as soon as I got there they where all very helpful and not judge mental at all thank you .

Test is easy to take and arrived really quickly. However I’ve tracked it and it still says waiting to receive, I sent it back days ago and there’s no way of contacting them. It says to contact a local service but there’s no results when you search for your local service on their website. I guess I’ll just have to wait and see?

Kit was easy to use but was unable to provide enough blood using the finger method ended up using all needles so a trip to the doctor is needed

Kit was easy to use though I needed all the needles as I had trouble filling the sample bottle. Even gently milking the finger was not too good as I seem to heal up very quickly!
Will certainly use the service again!

Absolutely brilliant service that should be utilised by all. The speed and quality of the test are so good. Comes in the post and is discreet so would never know. So lucky to have this service and recommend to everyone.

Process was very easy and results came back quickly

Fast, efficient, effective. Sent my samples off on Thurs and I had the results back on Monday morning, which was quicker than expected. Saved me waiting for a clinic appointment was so much more convenient as I was able to do the test in my own time. Excellent service, will definitely use it again. Great way to make looking after your sexual health easier and more accessible :-) would highly recommend!

Test was delivered promptly. Instructions were extremely clear and easy to follow. The tracking website was helpful and interesting to see at what stage my samples were in the lab.

Really easy to do and got my results quickly.

Probably one of the best ways to get yourself tested. Private, discreet and easy to use.

Kit was difficult to use. I could only get one or two drops of blood from my fingers (tried two fingers). Ended up with no blood and sore fingers. So was unable to send a blood sample. Also the urine pouch not very easy, it wouldn't stand up so I had to hold it in one hand while urinating. Also I put security seal on tight, and sellotape on top - but clinic reported that the seal was not present on delivery. It must have been removed deliberately while in transit.

This was a fantastic service, sure you will feel nervous, but when you get through it you will have a huge weight lifted from your mind, it's free and is as good as it gets.
