Customer service was incredible

Customer service was incredible. So nice to actually speak to a person when trying to sort out an issue. Actually have a contact phone number! Hat was delivered squashed - but had it all sorted with return and replacement in less than 5mins.

Suit interfacing fallen apart! Suit ruined.

I have work a French convection navy pinstripe suit roughly 4 or 5 times now.

Upon getting the item dry cleaned (at a trusted dry cleaners) the interfacing in the suit has come apart. I was informed this is likely due to cheap clue being used in the suit to hold it together.

I reached out to customer service to rectify the issue but was ignored, I then reached out again and was told there was a ‘technical issue’ with my previous email being lost. I replied to that email and once again I have been ignored.

I’ve offered to send the suit off the French connection so they can see the clear manufacturing issue but they don’t seem to care.

The suit is unwearable now due to the damage, complete waste of money if the quality of manufacturing and customer service does not improve!!!!

Try before you buy

This service with French connection is incredibly accurate with delivery and pickup times — everything runs perfectly on schedule. It’s a beautiful service, and I’m so happy with the experience that I’ll definitely use it again and again!

Try before you buy service

Used try before you buy (Harpers) service for ordering several items.
Items received promptly and was able to try and return items within the 5 day period only paying for the items I kept.
Good quality clothing that looks stylish and well made.

Asked to write a review by Harper , the try before you buy scheme . I’ve used this once so far and everything was fine and it seems a great scheme. I previously bought a beautiful dress in the Summer which is excellent quality, but I did have to size up . So the only thing I would say is that FCUK sizes are unpredictable. That , with the lack of high street shops these days, does make shopping difficult but the try before buy option , gets round this . Also I saw a few 1 star reviews but I had excellent customer service from the Head office . I forgot to add on a promotion so they gave me the discount afterwards . Can’t fault them !

Try at home before you buy

Used Harper that they offer to buy lots of items, have 5 days to choose and send back. Means you only pay for any you keep. Liked a jacket and kept it. Good to be able to try different sizes too.

What a great idea, try before you buy.

What a great idea, try before you buy, giving you the time you need to received the goods, try on decide if for you or not without paying out a single penny. The returns service is simple, so no delay in returning the goods and a plus no waiting round for refunds to show back in your account.
Delivery service excellent. I will be using this buying option again and hopefully other retailers will adopt something similar.

Try before you buy

I am a huge F.C. fan, both for fashion and homeware. The latest ‘try before you buy’ scheme is a game changer. I am quite a difficult size and shape; between sizes and large chested, but narrow shouldered, for the rest of my frame. Being able to order different sizes before outlaying a lot of money and before sizes sell out, is marvellous. Well done F.C.

Well done French Connection for…

Well done French Connection for offering the ‘Try before you buy’ service. I have always loved FC clothing, great quality and great fit and now with this service, it allows you to order multiple sizes and items to try on without having to pay out a large amount of money- especially enjoying sale times. I now always head to FC first to do my shopping because of this great service.

Very poor quality trainers, worse customer service

Very poor quality trainers, only surpassed by the quality of the customer service. Contacted them initially via Instagram, got a response to send an email to a given address and despite doing that over 3 weeks ago I have not had a response. UPDATE: trainers failed after less than 1 month, no warranty from them as manufacturer, I have to chase retailer I purchased shoes from for refund instead which seems an impossible task 🤯

Amazing Staff, West Midlands

I Visited the store at The West Midlands Designer Outlet and the staff were amazing. They were so helpful and took their time to listen to what I was looking for. Jill assisted me with sizing and style and was perfect the entire time. She made me feel so comfortable. Can’t fault her! Thankyou Team for being so helpful. Will definitely be visiting again.

Tricksters

Bought two things totalling nearly a £100
Tried to return one but advised couldn’t not get a refund
Sales person DID NOT advise me if this and the tiny teems and conditions note which incidentally covered up by merchandise at the till wholly inadequate
Arrogant cashier who couldn’t give a damn - probably on commission.
Appalling stance and attitude
I won’t be returning and will be flooding social media with my disdain

Rubbish online service

I placed an online order and the confirmation email said I would receive an email to say when it had been dispatched. I didnt hear anything so i downloaded the Shop app which i apparently needed to track my order... nothing.
The top was a birthday present and I had ordered nearly 2 weeks before. A week before I was getting concerned so I emailed FC customer services. And when I got no response I emailed again. And got no response again. When I rang I did speak to someone helpful who said that it was a system error as if it happened all the time. He did sort it for me but it was clear that if I hadn't called them, French Connection would have happily kept my money and not supplied the goods. And never respond to my emails. It made the whole experience very stressful. Really poor service and I won't be ordering from them again.
