We are loyal customers to FrenchEye. We did the engagement, wedding and reception shopping for my Husband from them. The person we always ask for to serve us is Zee. He is a lovely guys and understands our needs and choices perfectly. Recently I had my sister in law’s wedding and this place was our go to place for my husband’s outfit. Zee as usual has been so so so amazing: from taking the perfect fitting of my husband’s outfit to dealing with everything until taking the payment, getting the suit on time from the tailor’s. He is amazing at his job and handle everything so smoothly. We are so pleased to be loyal customers to them, or I would rather say to Zee.

Pedram was really helpful I’ve never had service like this he’s excellent help me made the choice really easy and tailored my outfit really quick. I’m very impressed I will be coming back soon for my other suits.

We visited the FrenchEye White City store today, and we had the best experience with a gentlemen called Pedram. My brother is getting married and we needed a suit for a black tie event. Not only did he have a great knowledge of suit wear but he also had a great sense of humour which made us feel so relaxed and we had a lot of fun because normally I find shopping stressful but not on this occasion.

As soon as I walked into the shop I was greeted by Abhay and was instantly welcomed he enthusiastically catered towards my needs and was quick with his tailoring alongside keeping the upmost professionalism would highly recommend

Chaya was super nice. I would definitely recommend her who would like to get a great suite. I had the best experience with Chaya.

Pedram was extremely helpful. We had very limited time and he understood our needs. He adapted with our limited time frame and got me 2 beautiful suits. I am a very difficult shopper and he managed to handle my expectations with very limited time. I went to moss bros first and trued my luck here and can honestly say it's been the best experience I've ever had when buying suits. Specifically Pedram made this experience exceptional and walked away with 2 beautiful suits thanks to him

Anton was very helpful in helping me find my wedding tuxedo. I didn’t know what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised.

I walked into the store to be greeted by one of the staff. I had saw a nice suit on display and it was exactly what I was looking for so I had asked them if I could see it.

I tried on a couple of blazers and was soon trying on the whole suit and outfit in the changing room. He was very happy to answer all of the “dumb” questions I had.

I soon decided that I wanted to buy the suit after several moments where he tailored the exact fit I wanted.

I asked for a fitted shirt too which he was glad to let me try on.

Today, a week later I came in to collect the suit and it was absolutely perfect.

He was very welcoming and informative to any future tailoring and changes to the suit.

Overall the staff are very welcoming and helpful, the tailoring process is amazing and the suit was immaculate. Definitely worth the price.

Recently bought my first suit for work and Hafiz helped me throughout the process while also giving useful advice. He then aided in the tailoring process and helped me get a fast turnaround with that. The process went so smoothly that I recently went back to get a few more things sorted out with his help.

Sabina was very professional, she was very passionate on helping me and made sure it fits me.

Pedram was incredibly helpful in tailoring my suit, and choosing ties and shirts to match. 5*, cannot recommend highly enough.

Excellent customer service provided by Zee. I was nervous at first as it was my first time buying a suit but that fell away with the welcoming and helpful atmosphere. 100% would recommend
