At Frencheye they mean business, the team is very professional with attention to detail. I received the best customer service ever, in fact, I watched how they care about other customers too, it’s great and no wonder almost everyone who came in the shop whilst I was waiting for suite to be tailored, they bought something! Sabina was exceptionally professional and friendly with great eye for the details. Thanks to you Sabina you helped sort out my suit. Really appreciate it! Richard 👍🙏

Visited the Stratford branch and Zee was absolutely amazing! So patient with all of the requests we had, even bringing different types of trousers and suits for comparison. The tailoring fit to perfection and that, together with the experience Zee provided, it was a great visit. Definitely recommend.

The service and suit selection in Fencheye is genuinely amazing. I had my eyes set on a particular suit online and then upon entering the store was blown away by their entire selection. Sabina was the lady serving me and she had an impeccable eye for detail to nail the suit fitting. Thank you for taking the time to serve me and my partner Sabina!

Abhay gave excellent service to me when I needed to buy a suit for an event in the entertainment industry. The slim fitted suit and colour he recommended looked perfectly on me. He made sure it was tailored in 20 minutes! He was very helpful and knowledgeable to the smallest detail. He was also charming, yet sincere and never made me feel pressured. Once again, Abhay was brilliant!!!

Walked into frencheye and was very welcomed from the beginning. There was loads of choice and the staff were all very helpful and very friendly. Sabina gave outstanding customer service, and very happy with the end product.

I came from USA for three days - one of the days was to shop at Frencheye, Oxford Circus. Chaya served me today and it was a marvellous experience. She was friendly and very professional in her approach, even aiding me in not selecting a suit I liked but the colour of which did not suit me compared to the beautiful suit she helped me decide on. It was even tailored and ready same day. I will definitely be back for more.

We was walking passed whilst here on a trip here and fell in love with a purple suit in the window we fell for. Sabina was quick to serve us and managed to get the Taylor to squeeze in our alterations for same day. Huge thank you from us! Great service

What a fantastic experience for my son getting his graduation suit. You made him feel a million dollars. Can’t thank you enough. The staff are all so lovely unfortunately I’m not sure of our assistants name but she was so good. She took photos for him too. What a great shop. Oxford street branch.
