We’ve had a fantastic experience working with HS French Flint. From start to finish, the service has been professional, responsive and genuinely helpful. Communication was clear and efficient, and every detail was handled with care.

Have used this company several times now and they are always great to deal with. The products are priced competitively and the 1 time I had a small issue with an order (was a bit slower than normal to arrive) Lucy in the office looked into it for me and sorted it all out quickly and professionally. More importantly than that was how she kept me informed every step of the way as she was sorting it out. Wouldn’t hesitate to use this company.

Lucy and Hannah two lovely ladies, very helpful and nice to speak to. Queries solved immediately, any changes are notified immediately. They've done great this year, and no doubt will go on to make customers feel valued.

I found both David in customer services and Paul Harrison managing Director both rude beyond believe. I ordered an urgent delivery on Thursday at 12pm and it arrived on Monday at 3pm. They tried to tell me that’s because they don’t work Saturday, however the email I reconfirmed that it had left their warehouse on Friday. DX who delivered it, delivered it to the wrong address, Contacted Paul to tell them that I had not received it and his reply was “ According to DX they HAVE delivered it to you!” Along with photos of the wrong house door.
This made me feel like he was accusing me of lying and when I told him this he called me a strange woman.
I asked for the £5.30 which I paid extra for the 1-2 day delivery (which an email from DX confirmed was collect Friday and deliver Saturday), as his company failed to carry out a paid service.
Apparently because no one else had ever complained that order by 10am to ensure delivery was not on the website (only in the fine print), I was in the wrong to raise the point that as a customer, I was not aware of that due to it not being visible on the website

I find Dylan who is my contact very helpful and understanding of my needs and requirements.

Very efficient and helpful. Always go the extra mile.
