Perfect, fast and careful

Perfect!! Wojtek92 handled my move from Spain to the Netherlands quickly and professionally. Everything arrived in perfect condition, and the service was fast and reliable. We could contact them at anytime to set pick up and delivery times. Highly recommended.

They are the worst company ever

They are the worst company ever. The person that was supposed to move my items cancelled the SAME MORNING at 9am. I've been fighting my deposit back with FretBay and they told me that "I cancelled".

Scammers, unprofessional and real nightmare

I hope everyone reads this review. DO NOT get involved in this company, I repeat do not. We had a horrible horrible experience with them, we got scammed, we lost 600 euro and they was threatening us and wanted more money. The driver which is Jazam27 suddenly said that his car broke so he couldn’t come, later he was sending people to the door with no protection for the furnitures and there was alot happening between them which if I write everything it would take me days. Long story short, we wasn’t comfortable sending the furnitures without protection and because the whole team are so unprofessional, rude and scammers. The police got involved, they didn’t want to leave our house because they wanted 900 euro even thoe they wasn’t taking our furnitures, they have been threatening us, I’ve gotten message from the man saying I should wait and see, called me rude names and etc. I had to block the numbers because I’m reciving threats because I didn’t want to pay for a service I didn’t get. And also the lady that connected me to these scammers is called Doina. Please don’t trust them, so horrible experience. This is honestly the most unprofessional and worst nightmare I’ve experienced in my life.

I had a really bad experience with the…

I had a really bad experience with the removal company Moum32.
The removal vans arrived 4 and 7 hours late so we helped the first guy to load out of pity , which timewise set us back a lot to clean the house and hand keys so we had to book another ferry at our cost (Moum in a curt reply refused any responsability).
The Polish guys could not speak English or French. Organisation was chaotic : at 10pm when they finished loading they said we had to give all the paperwork double (Moum had not requested that) and the printer was out of reach in one of the vans! More stress!
Moum was not accessible by phone, only his guys communicated in Polish with him. He only sent emails. He was agressive and rude.
He demanded cash before the goods were unloaded.
After unloading we realised things were missing.
Avoid at all cost!!!
Fretbay receptionist was nice but the company should not deal with Moum32.

Doesn't guarantee quality of service

We used fretbay to find a company for a move of about 600 km. Through fretbay we put into contact with a moving company that provided a horrible experience. The company demanded several times, rudely, to change our dates, and were late for both the pick up and delivery of our stuff.

Worst of all. After having loaded our belongings in their truck, they then demanded an additional €100 because they had wrapped a few things in a bit of cellophane. This was not asked for, nor quoted, nor mentioned until they had all of our belongings in the truck. So obviously, we were not able to say no, and were basically cohersed/scammed into paying extra.

When we later contacted FretBay about this issue, they brushed it off, saying that all they do is put you in contact with a mover. According to them, they did their job, and did it well, and have no interest in aiding us at all with the issue.

In short, FretBay simply is acting as a middle man between you and the mover without providing any value whatsoever. They obviously do not screen the movers they promote, nor is there any hope for any sort of post service care.

They are scammers

They are scammers. They promised me a service and that within 48 hours the carrier would contact me to finalize the details.

Not only have they not provided the service, but they have kept the part of the money they request from you as a deposit. I've been trying to get my money back for several weeks, since I'm not going to get it back in time, and they act crazy.

Zero recommended.

It’s a Scam to keep your deposit money

I have paid the deposit, first time i contact telling the carrier was acting strange and seemed like a scam, they said i had to wait til the date agreed (even though i was already scared of the carrier taking my things). The carrier after having my passwords for warehouse and locker didnt respond. On the day before, he texts me asking for more money. I say it’s ok, as I want to solve this as fast as possible. The next day the carrier goes , says is too heavy (is not i am 1,60 women and i did it my self) there were all the equipment there to help as a cart. Carrier says he is not taking it to me. Fretbay rudely calls me saying they will not return my money, and that’s my fault, even says i am lier as in the photo the boxes seems more than 2m3 … which i have a way to proove , my space in the ware house was 1,5m3 and it was not even full… well it gave me a lot of headaches , lost money and time. Don’t ever use their service, the drivers/carriers are not trustable, they dont speak english and barely speaks french.

I placed an order online for a transport and it was never accepted by any of Fretbay partners as the time was too short.
They haven't yet refunded the fee that I paid on the platform, despite it being mentioned on the website.

RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Following my previous comment on the disasters I encountered with my driver and the platform! It turns out that the platform REFUSES to publish my comment about the moving company!
The mover has 5 stars continuously and mine is simply not visible. Which means that FRETBAY FILES THE COMMENTS left for the movers and therefore Fretbay is complicit. This company only wants the comments with 5 stars to be visible to make sure they get the most customers!
Run away from Fretbay and run away from the mover company Fasstcaab!
Of course I left an email to the customer service to ask them to publish my comment on their site... No answer! Not surprising for a company that doesn't care about its customers!

Rude and Expensive

I was looking for a way to transport a desk from France to Madrid and asked for quotes who ended up being more expensive than other platforms. I just left it there and did not think negatively or positively about the platform till I received a call from one of their agents who was rude and really pushy saying he did not believe I got cheaper, called me a liar and then hung up on me. Never witness such terrible customer care.

Company to AVOID - Scummers

Company to AVOID. During the negotiation period, they are solicitous and helpful.

After the down payment, they simply send the contact of a carrier and you can manage to organize with them, if you are lucky enough to have them to respond: In my case, I've been trying to contact mine for 10 days and I'm simply ignored. The telephone is always in the voice mail and the e-mail is not answered. I have tried several times to contact either him and fretbay, which does not take any action. I lost my money and will need to hire another moving company in a hurry.

On top of that, I initially had one date to move, but on the day we set the deal on the telephone I changed the date and emphasized the new date was important. Fretbay just wanted my card number so they simply agreed. Of course now they refuse to give access to the call recording, and simply ignore the date.

Finally they offered me to rembourse 50% of my expenses IF I delete my review. SCUMMERS!!
