Friday-ads are upgrading their site, but have now forgotten how to communicate with the customer.
I have used Friday-Ads for a long time, and have left positive reviews to date. In the last month since the changes to the Friday-Ads format I have sent a number messages to Friday-Ads in varying ways on their site, and not had one reply! I have got fed up with their site and their lack of professional communications, so I have now removed all my family sales items off the site bar one 'free' item.

New site is very easy to use . I am using Friday ads since 2016. Staff is very helpful. Due to some glitch I was charged twice. I have just send an email not Kidding they responded me in 10 mins and processed refund. I got my amount back. Super fast Supporting staff

Changed the site & not made it clear about new rules & increased price
You have suddenly changed the site, just before Xmas. You can choose when you want to advertise. I've been advertising £85 for years. Because my ad ran out last Mon. I only advertised for the week. Not only has the price in increased, I decided to take this week off & resume my advert on the Mon 2nd of Jan. But another £27.99 has been taken from my account & I'm not working & did not consent to that. I tried calling yesterday & emailed you & no reply. I've spent a lot of money over the years so I'm not happy. Will try calling again tomm !!
