The best cleaning company ever ! Thanks to mr. Joel.

Hired them for a move-out cleaning, which should be spotless to allow for easy check-out report.

Ran into several issues:

1. First and foremost - the flat wasn't clean enough. Cupboards were left dirty with lots of dust - enough to make it into the checkout report

2. The cleaners left the heating on. Since this was a move-out cleaning, nobody was in the flat to turn it off. This means it was on for over 24 hours because they couldn't be bothered to turn it off.

3. The cleaners ripped off the freezer door rubber seal, without telling us about it. To get compensation we had to file a damage report and get an inspection going - which is a massive pain since the landlords already wanted to move on with the flat. This is a £50 fix they couldn't compensate us for.

The only good thing was the price - which turned out to be MUCH higher because we had to add the cost of the heating and the freezer door fix.

This was the worst cleaning experience I've ever had and I definitely won't use them ever again.

I couldn't be any more happier with the service I received from Friendly cleaners cleaning services, they were very professional and the quaility of there work was very exceptional and a very reasonable prices. I wil be recommending this cleaning services to all family and friends.Thank you people
