I bought 2 leads from this company and…

I bought 2 leads from this company and the "Hanging tickets" to put on the pegs were removed and just put in the box as if they had been sent back by someone else and then they did exactly the same to me, so thinking they were second hand i sent them back, the fact is i do not know why they took them off in the first place.
The Retailer gave me a refund, but they would not pay for the returned postage, even though i sent them a picture of the cost, which was around £5
I will not be buying anything else from these people, as this is not the way to keep the customer happy
