I've been using the Trilens for the last year and love it. It makes it so easy to change lenses and has saved my back because all the weight of my lenses is now on my hips. After a year of use a pin fell out of the buckle and when I reached out they quickly responded and sent a replacement. One of the best gear purchases I have made in a long time.

Purchased a trilens v2 end of last year and have been using it here and there. It's a solid product which was well thought out. I lost one of the magnetic caps and contacted the very CARING support team @ Frii Designs who took good care of me. Highly recommended !

I would like to give a positive review of my Tri Lens purchase. The design is very functional. Being a photographer, I have better capabilities to switch out a lens. I would also say the customer service has been excellent. Very pleasant to work with and responsive to questions.

I live in Portugal and have previously used trilens without any kind of problem
Now I ordered the new one, trilensV2, and from 6 lenses to 24mm it was the only one that didn't fit.
I contacted the company, sent a video demonstrating it and they were top.
They offered to make another one, and in the space of almost 15/20 days I received the new one. It already works
I sent an email thanking you for the speed and professionalism.

I do not recommend! After only a few events, the safety "pin" came off and I can no longer use the lens holder. I sent an email and asked for their opinion and they didn't answer me even after several months.
It seems like a concept that helps you, but it is difficult to use and very uncomfortable.

Bad build quality and equally bad communication

Bought a TriLens V2 from Frii Designs before Christmas this year as a present for my wife. Sadly I believed most of her lens were F mount and ended up ordering the wrong lens holder. I contacted Frii Designs and spoke with Jonas about the issue and he offered me various options to resolve my problem, all of which heavily favoured me. In the end I received a discounted Z mount, and kept the F mount. Bear in mind I was the one that made the mistake. All the interactions I had with Jonas were very positive highly professional and friendly. It's refreshing to have dealt with a company that takes customer services seriously and have to say it was a great start to my year. 

I live in Brazil, I made a purchase from Triilens and I haven't received the product or a refund. My order is stuck at the post office in their city, I tried to contact Friidesign through different channels such as I contacted them via Instagram, email, and even the creators' personal Instagram accounts, but received no response. I'm very upset; I just wanted to receive the product or my refund.

I asked for the Frii Designs TriLens and Maestro belt system L as a birthday gift, my wife accidentally ordered the EF mount instead of the RF mount, Frii Designs were very helpful and allowed us to return it and exchange it for the RF mount version.
I’m very happy with it and used it all day for 2 8hr days straight the first time I used it which was for the Goodwood Members Meeting. It works really well, carrying a 70-200 f/2.8 and a 100-400 LII, both heavy lenses which I’ve not been able to carry with me without taking my full backpack with extra body and other lenses as well, really heavy!
If Frii Designs are reading this, there are a couple of points that could use improvement,
1st I’m not a huge guy having a 40” waist, but their large belt is tight for length and borderline too short once a wax jacket is added, it would be great if they offered an XL or possibly even 2XL sizes to accommodate the larger build plus a coat. 2nd the shoulder strap buckles desperately need improvement, they spent the day sliding and having to be adjusted tight again, they need to be some sort of lockable design.
Beyond that I couldn’t find anything else negative about the system, all in all a great product.

Very nice phone case, I’ll be ordering the morf strap soon! : )

I also hope they’ll be adding the iphone 16 and iPhone 16 pro to the webshop too!

I am very satisfied with the customer service because all I had to do was send an e-mail saying that my trilens had a problem and a replacement was sent to me immediately!

I instantly loved the idea of trilens and ordered it. Also a friend recommended it. Delivery to Germany was quick and it has already been really useful while photographing weddings and also in kindergarten. I wear two heavy lenses on it, one on camera and it's fine.
I then ordered the belt as well because I wanted to be flexible with outfits and also wear dresses on weddings. Also the belt helps with the weight of the lenses.
Although there has been a hint on the website that delivery can be delayed, I overread it and turned to the customer service (sorry!). They helped me out so well and friendly and tried everything that the belt would arrive in time for my next wedding session. Rarely experienced such a great customer support. Thank you, I love your products!

First of all, great products & great service!

I am already using the Triilens holder for about 3 years now, as a fulltime eventphotographer.
Shortly ago I lost a small piece from the Triilens holder and they sent a replacement piece to me right away. So the problem was solved very quick, and even free!!

I've had nothing but great experiences with them. Amazing product and even better customer service. I can't recommend them enough.

Haven’t received my TriLens. $194 with fast shipping. Can’t get any help. Hopefully I’ll be able to get a refund as I need this for a shoot.

Update: I have received my refund.

Updated: I am pleased to say the Tri Lens has arrived and within the 1-2 day delivery (which I paid extra for) I ordered Wednesday evening and received Friday morning (DHL is the courier and I had originally been informed it would be Monday).

The quality of the Tri lens, belt and I also paid for the waist belt and shoulder strap is of very good quality.

My husband is jealous already.

Would I buy again? Probably not, the overall cost is too expensive (I would probably buy from eBay pre owned, just because you get stung on import tax of £38.60 to the UK!! This was not made clear when I was placing the order!

I would suggest that a pop up box appears when import tax is going to be applied if being delivered to the UK or other countries affected.

This review only refers to the retailer, I have not yet tested the ordered item (TriLens & Maestro Belt), but it makes a great first impression!
I had delivery problems and the parcel was returned to the retailer. The support responded quickly and excellently. A new delivery was ordered immediately without hesitation. Many other retailers can take Frii Designs as an example when it comes to good customer support! I would order from Frii Designs again at any time. Thank you for this experience.

I ordered the TriLens and Maestro belt but have received a notification from Royal Mail that there's a customs charge of £38.60. This is unexpected since the site accepts payment in £, offers free delivery to the UK, and has no warning that items are being shipped from another country or that customs isn't covered. And, after a bit more looking, it seems that FRII DESIGN ARE BEING INTENTIONALLY DECEPTIVE.

If I add only the TriLens to my basket, then Frii design's checkout clearly states "All duty fees & taxes are included." However, once I add the Maestro belt, this is silently removed. I assume this is because, in the UK, customs is only charged on imports worth more than £135.

So, when the order price is low enough that there is no customs to pay, Frii design meaninglessly claim that they've paid "All duty fees & taxes." But, as soon as the order costs enough that customs are due, Frii design silently remove this claim and KNOWINGLY LEAVE THE CUSTOMER LIABLE FOR CUSTOMS FEES WITH NO WARNING.

I ordered the trilens & belt with express delivery but got a call from DHL saying I needed to pay an extra £38 custom fees which are clearly stated are covered on the website.
I have tried contacting Frii multiple times on both email and social media but have not received a single reply.
So currently I have no trilens and no refund.
