Probably the worst ordering experience I've ever had. Ordered some bumper plates that were not on backorder. After inquiring about my order after two weeks, I was told they're on backorder. Two months later, after going back and forth with the company, the plates finally arrived, at a random house 20 minutes from mine, and the resident tracked me down through Facebook to let me know.

I recently order the Midas' Revenge Bar on a flash sale that Fringe offered. Not only did I receive the 20% discount, but the Fringe representative also gave me an additional discount for military veteran status. So cool!

When the package arrived, however, it looked like it had gone through the war and back. The packaging was damaged and the top 1/3 of the protective cardboard tube was ripped off the bar. The gold bar sleeve was exposed and scratched up. The UPS driver let me know that this is how the bar was loaded on her truck and confirmed this was most likely not how the package was shipped but rather damaged in transit. Given the damage, the UPS driver offered to ship it back to Fringe, which I accepted.

I then contacted the Fringe sales rep about the damaged package and bar. She confirmed that every product they ship is carefully packaged and protected, and immediately forwarded my concern to Fringe Customer Support who contacted me promptly the next day. They said they would immediately send a replacement bar and apologized for the inconvenience. Within a very short time thereafter, I received the shipping confirmation.

The replacement Midas' Revenge Bar arrived within just a few days and the package was undamaged and the bar well protected. The bar looks fantastic overall! There was a very slight scuff/blemish in the gold titanium finish on one of the bar sleeves, but aside from the blemish (a bit of a disappointment) the rest of the bar--including the Cerakote bar finish--was perfect! The sleeve spin isn't as smooth as I'd hoped, so not sure what to make of that. I'll need to pull off the sleeves and give it a good look-over.

All in all, I'm sure this bar will serve its purpose well. Aesthetically, it is a really nice-looking bar--best-looking bar in my line-up! It is solid and I have no reason to believe this bar will not hold up. I'm giving this bar a 4 out of 5, and a solid 5 out of 5 to Fringe for their customer service and support.

If you're looking for a great bar, give the Midas' Revenge Bar a look if you can pick it up on sale. If you take the plunge and order, you'll get a great bar backed up with great customer service, but just know that the bar might not be exactly flawless and fit for a king.

DO NOT BUY FROM FRINGE SPORT! They are unscrupulous and untrustworthy! I ordered the Raptor Air Bike on the evening of 3/7/22 and the order went through on 3/8/22. Today, on 3/11/22, I received an email from Fringe Sport stating that, “those bikes are now out of stock and we will be unable to fulfill your order.” They were in stock when I ordered them, so what happened? The price has gone up over $200.00 since I placed my order and they are now listed as being out of stock, so I will tell you what I think happened. They wanted the higher profit, so they put my order on hold, while they then filled orders that sold for the $200.00 more. I was so looking forward to the Raptor and because the reviews had been very positive, I thought I had made a great purchase. Instead, I find the product may be great, but the company not so much. I have never dealt with an immoral and incompetent company like this in all my life. Stay away from Fringe Sport and do not give them your support or money! I am going to make sure that my family, friends, co-workers, and anyone else, take their business elsewhere!

I recently got my first squat rack from Fringe Sport and I couldn't be happier. I had lots of questions that got answered between their crazy helpful customer service and really cool videos on YouTube that actually help.

If you are looking to set up a garage gym and not pay an arm and a leg, this is definitely the company to use. We received our equipment quickly, shipping was included in the price, and it's all great quality stuff!
