Disappointed I had to wait 4 weeks for delivery as when ordered it was supposed to be 1 week lead time.
Poor or non existent information coming from FR Jones regarding this delay. I had to email FR Jones to find out status of the order.

A big fat joke
It is maybe the 3rd time ordering from this company, with the very same outcome everytime. They charge you as soon as you place the order,and delivery may take up to 3 months although they say they have the items on stock. I had to call everytime (HMRC similar waiting to get the call picked up) a month after the ETA, just to get the same answer, problems with supply. Get your act together guys, other Stihl Dealers I am using are way faster and they only charge the account on dispatch day. If you are a Stihl professional user, best avoid.

Delays and further delays.
A recent order placed in March was estimated for delivery on 20 April. This was deferred to a later date 3 times, and finally on the day the item was due to F R Jones they then marked it overdue from supplier with no further estimate for delivery. After waiting almost 2 months, my patience ran out and I cancelled the order. Another supplier delivered the Stihl hedgecutter one working day later.
Not the best experience, but 2 stars as response to emails was prompt, as was the refund.

Ordering was easy but…….
Ordering was easy, product seems a reasonable price. There was a slight delay in the estimated shipping date from Europe and it’s actual shipping date but this isn’t a huge problem. The poor part was not being told. I tried tracking the mower with the tracking number and order number given but neither worked. Tried resetting my password but the reset email never arrived. Phone lines were answered after a slight wait but dates were constantly put back. Frustrating part was that I had to keep chasing them to find this out! Final insult was they delivered to my billing address and not the delivery address, even though I had emailed them 24 hours before (as they requested).
Shame really - brush up the customer service and you’d rate higher. Not actually seen the mower at the time of writing - let’s hope they’ve sent the right one!!
On 31/5/23 a representative of FR Jones called me and discussed the issues. Although it won’t change what happened I appreciate their efforts and will raise their rating to three stars from two. In the perfect world I’d give them 2 and a half but as that’s not an option I’ll err on the side of pleasant and raise it to three

Once again were sorry for the experience you have had. While this experience is not how things should be we can only apologise that this has occurred.
The original delay was caused by Husqvarna and once in there was some confusion over the address of the delivery which could have been sorted in a more effective way.
In speaking I'm glad that the delivery has arrived and all in working order even after the slight issue of the first time using we as discussed we can look to help out on.

I had a tow along lawn roller delivered…
I had a tow along lawn roller delivered directly from the manufacturer, but it leaked when filled with water and they were out of stock.
FR told me to fill with sand, and use until a replacement would be available in August!
They would then deliver a new one.
