Great bikes, but e-com experience tricky

Great bikes, but website keeps throwing off strange errors when ordering which is time consuming to deal with. When ordering a mudguard I also separately had to search for the matching pair of parts (screws and strouts) although they do tell you what parts are needed. How about just offering a complete set with all you need? Maybe time to upgrade to a modern e-com experience. Anyway, great bikes and quick service to sort out the bugs.
