I contacted David of Frontier architecture because I was nervous about a new build next to our house. He patiently and honestly explained that the Party Wall Act does not currently apply in our case, but if it were to be triggered later, the developer of the new build would be compelled by law to contact us. This was very reassuring for me to hear and enabled me to see my way forward.

We used David Hume at Frontier Architecture Ltd as we had a dispute with our neighbours over a Party Wall Agreement. David has 23 years of experience. He was professional and very informative. Emails and calls were answered in a timely manner. We felt fully supported by David. If we didn’t understand an issue David would explain in lament terms so that we fully understood. It took a few months to get our issue sorted. I would highly recommend Frontier Architecture Ltd.

i recenetly came accross David Hume at frontierarchitectureuk, i found david extremely friendly, easy to get on with, most helpfull and well informed. his level of knowledge actually shocked me. he not only gave me free advice which literally saved me £4000 in surveyors fees but did not ask for anything in return and even when i asked him furthur questions he was willing to help for no cost . such a person with integrity and honesty stands out above the tons of surveyors on the market that are all willing to take your money for limited results .. i would certainly recomend frontier architecture to anyone looking for architects or surveyors services for the speed, honesty and attention to detail whist maintaining results .
