Thank god our usual engineer came back to fix this machine!

The one who came out last time left my machine leaking syrup all over the floor which has cost me!

Martin was great

Martin was great, very knowledgeable with the tango ice blast machine and all round great guy. The machine was leaking badly all week and Martin came within 48 hours after I logged the service call and fixed it. He even swept up the shop and cleaned the machine so very happy with his service.

The engineer arrived

The engineer arrived, fitted new part, he said this should now start freezing and left. Machine did not start freezing very annoyed that the engineer never waited to make sure.

Martin is a great engineer

Martin is a great engineer. Very friendly character and more importantly knows his job properly. He managed to fix a leak on my ice blast machine which other engineers couldn’t on the last handful of visits.

Incredible Flavours

I don't normally write reviews, but Frozen Brothers deserve a shout out for their incredible Tango Ice Blast. It's the reason I visit Vue Cinema. My absolute favourite is Raspberry & Cherry, but the new limited edition flavours never disappoint!

Tango Ice Blast at Vue

Visited Vue at Leeds and had Tango Ice Blast. It was so nice! Had to Blue and Red flavours and they were so nice. Went a treat with the film. Think I may be addicted!

Equipment removal........eventually!!

First of all thanks for finally attending my business to remove your equipment. Kevin H who attended to remove the equipment was first class.
However, trying to organise the removal of the equipment took much longer than expected and became a bit stressful, especially as the business was for sale but eventually sold and the equipment needed to be out before the completion of the sale.
After contacting Frozen brothers three times eventually Kevin arrived to remove the equipment but only after 40 days since the first contact.

We’re sorry for the delay in scheduling the removal. While this process is usually much quicker, we’ve recently experienced a high volume of machine re-openings as we head into the busy summer season, which has unfortunately extended some timelines. That said, we’ve now put additional support in place and are pleased to confirm that our service times are back to normal to help prevent delays going forward.
