Loads of promises, nothing kept ...

Yesterday I purchased the WordPress plugin "Booknetic" from this company (FS Code, Ataturk avenue 19, Baku, Azerbaijan). This was despite the price seeming quite high for what is essentially a rather limited product. Unfortunately I hadn't noticed the poor reviews here on Trustpilot and elsewhere. Before purchasing, the "FS Code" homepage promises that—and every minor feature (WooCommerce integration, etc.) must be purchased separately—booking data will be fully transferred from "Booknetic" to WooCommerce and that the plugin ("Booknetic") is highly customizable. None of this is true. The supposed "integration" with WooCommerce is merely a redirect. The extremely limited customization options (colors and font sizes—NOT font types) are unreliable, in no way theme- or style-related, or even possible. Technically, the plugin apparently runs in an iframe, with all styles being written back from an external source—without "FS Code" mentioning this. This makes it impossible to even adapt the font to the client's template. Background information, positioning, and similar details are always necessary and time-consuming to create. The "WooCommerce Integration" add-on, which also requires an extra payment, was immediately removed by me because—as mentioned—it's merely a redirect to the WooCommerce shopping cart. This means that my customers (and I have over 700 million page views per year) now have to take three completely unnecessary extra steps to book my services. If you install the so-called "WooCommerce Integration Module" and then remove it again due to its highly questionable usefulness, the default payment method (payment on-site) disappears completely and cannot be reactivated—until you receive a support offer with the following message: "Please grant us administrative rights and send us these admin login details via ticket message." Over hours no feedback, so i wrote three more messages via support chat. Feedback "This chat is only for pre-sales requests. Our ticket team will answer, write a ticket." Finally i decided to request a full refund (for the main wordpress plug-in "Booknetic" AND the "Woocommerce Integration add-on" and received the hint to review the "Refund Policy". No refund so far. What i want, is my money back - for both "products" of this company and then cancel any contact. I am really I am indeed bitterly, bitterly disappointed, angry and saddened that paying customers are treated so badly, as by this company.

Avoid at all costs

Don't do any business with them. They offer faulty and broken WordPress plugins via the Envato (Codecanyon) marketplace.

The refund request was declined although I literally showed them that their product is not working. Well, I just charge it back then. Absolute scammer.

Don't trust the reviews on Envato, they are faked and manipulated. All bad reviews are deleted by Envato after refund/chargeback, check out the Envato site here on Trustpilot and their refund policy.
