I am very disappointed with how FSB…

I am very disappointed with how FSB handled the end of my tenancy.
FSB ended my tenancy stating that the apartment would be renovated. Despite this, after I moved out I was still charged for painting and cleaning, which is difficult to understand if renovation work was already planned.
The apartment was a 3-room, 79 m² unit. During winter, mould appeared, which was clearly related to the building’s condition and ventilation, not misuse. I took responsibility and cleaned the mould thoroughly myself, carrying out a very deep cleaning before handing over the apartment.
Even so, FSB charged me for cleaning, without clearly documenting why my cleaning was insufficient or what additional cleaning was actually necessary.
They also stated that only about 2/3 of the apartment would be painted, yet I was charged around 8,400 DKK, which feels excessive for partial painting—especially given that the apartment was supposed to be renovated anyway.
Overall, the process felt unfair and non-transparent, and I was left with charges that I strongly believe do not reflect the actual condition in which I returned the apartment.
I would strongly recommend that future tenants document everything carefully, especially cleaning and moisture-related issues, and be prepared to question move-out charges.

Very bad housing company

From the beginning I have selected wrong housing company,stupid rules ,bad communication,not helpful,I am waiting for almost 5 years to get parmanent house ,but that gave me temporary house with 6 months,that means one year waiting for one months house ,if you called them no one try to help people,danish company I don’t know why they crazy ,I am just stress with them,I am cursing all housing companies,

Scammers. Watch out.

Scammers. Have paid for 5 years, zero offers, even though other companies offer something after 2-3 years. And then just deleted me from list because I forgot to pay last one. No reminder was sent to e-mail.

No digital reminders

In a country where absolutely everything is digital, somehow this company is not allowed to send digital reminders about annual payments but they use ground post and simply erase you from list

It is correct that we don’t use e-boks. There are several reasons for this and it’s not worthwhile beginning a discussion about these reasons.

The annual payment for being part of our waiting list can be connected to PBS, which means that you don’t have to do anything actively in order to secure the annual payment.

If you have not connected your payment to PBS, we will send your bill via snail mail. If we don’t receive the money, you will receive another letter notifying you of the missing payment. Only if you also fail to respond to the second letter will we remove you from our waiting list.

I opened a Forex account with FBS

I opened a Forex account with FBS, and the platform continued to trade after I had closed my trades and deleted orders on several occasions. I called Customer service and the issue was never resolved, it took the concerted effort from Pryvicript,çøm to validte everyone of my trade and prove i had a valid claim before i was reimbursed and could make a withdrawal independently. In conclusion after several attempts with FBS's customer service the last individual i dealt with who was supposed to investigated and call me back did not because she did not want to repeat herself. Bad customer service.

Worst customer service

This is by far the worst customer service one will ever have to deal with. Extremely rude uneducated dumb staff. NO CLUE and very unpleasant. I guess for the low salary they are earning, one cannot expect a high IQ when contacting customer service!! FSB has very few apartments and MANY people on their waiting list, paying money for nothing every year. A money machine. It is next to impossible to get an apartment with FSB. All the immigrants get priority over the Danish citizens, then the people on their internal list get the other apartments. So in other words, if one is on the external list, one will never get an apartment but they don’t tell one that, when one signs up. In fact, they have a section on their website which indicates apartments for people waiting on the external list with priorities, will start to get offers after haven been on the list for 2-3 years. That is not true. If you are looking for somewhere to waste your money on and for bad customer service, then FSB is your best bet. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. YOU WILL NEVER GET AN APARTMENT FROM THEM.

Takes your money

I lived in one of their rooms at a dorm for 2 years. The people working at the residential office did not help when asked to do something and just said they could not do anything (even though they could clearly do something) and instead walked outside watering flowers... Now having moved they want me to pay a great amount of money even though the room was in good condition. They said I should contact them if I did not agree with their statement. But they are unwilling to negotiate and just say I should pay.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM! Not worth your time.

Highly recommend

I joined in March and haven’t regretted it. Following the closure of my gift shop due to the pandemic their clear and up to date information during lockdown was invaluable. Since reopening I have used their insurance hub to get a better deal on my business insurance. Small investment in membership for a big return, worth joining!
