Been ordering regularly from here for 9 months. Never have any issues, service is good, generally very quick and exactly as expected. My only minor gripe is that they no longer add the nicotine to bases prior to dispatch as they used to, but that’s purely because I can be a bit lazy, and by adding it yourself at least you can be absolutely certain that the liquid is the strength you’re requested, so I can see why they’ve done it. Would definitely recommend.

Sort your postal services out and you are a five star retailer!
I can’t fault the stock you carry and the fact that whenever I order all your lines are always in stock. Very friendly and helpful staff that reply to emails within hours. The only thing I would improve is your postal options and prices. £2 something for 2nd class post is too high. The last order I made was on a Saturday, I didn’t receive my order until the following Saturday. This stops you being my go to company as there are other companies out there that when you spend over £15 you get free first class delivery and nine times out of ten I get my order the next day. Your post is very slow and very expensive and the main reason I gave you three stars instead of five. It’s also the reason I only shop with you when my main retailers are out of stock for ingredients that I need to re stock within a week.
