The flower arrangement is very scarce compared to the photo. I looks like half the flowers were left at the florist.

Truly wish i could get 0 stars

Truly wish i could get 0 stars. Paid $30 for same day delivery and they did not deliver and never told me. Then the next day they made multiple false promises of times they would guarantee delivery and each time it did not come. Wasted opportunity to send flowers. Horrible customer service too.

The flowers were a get well gift.

The flowers were a get well gift.
They arrived on time and were wonderful.
They stayed fresh and beautiful for a few days.
Everyone was very pleased.

The flowers were fine (update)

The flowers were fine, however I ordered an ivory colored base and the recipient received just a plain glass vase. I’m sure I was charged extra for the fancier base.
Update, To their credit, FTD reached out and compensated for the error. I will use them again in the future.

Flowers were lovely but you did not include the note or message to the recipient. The flowers lose some of their impact.

Just don’t….

I ordered a bouquet for my wife on our anniversary. I requested the order to be delivered on the anniversary date which as two days out. The flowers didn’t show up. I learned that there was an “exception” and the order would be delivered one day late. The day came and went without a delivery. I called FTD to see what the problem was.
* I was told there is no FTD florist in my area. So why did they accept the order?
*. I requested a full refund and said that I’d find flowers elsewhere.
* The customer service person said she’d give me a 50% discount and the flowers would be delivered tomorrow. Why could they deliver them tomorrow if they couldn’t deliver them yesterday because there is no florist in my area?
* I had to keep repeating myself over and over. I believe it was a language barrier. Either that or she just wasn’t listening.
* “I can understand your frustration.” I sincerely doubt it.
