I placed an order on Friday but when I got my time slot for delivery for the following morning I had to change it because I wasn't going to be at home. I would expect food products to be packed to ensure their freshness for more than 24 hours like Gusto so their excuse that me chaging my delivery time had ruined their product is not acceptable. I was in on both days they apparently 'attempted' delivery. I didn't see this as the companies fault as its their courier, but their attitude to blame me for their fault is unacceptable. Attached are the screenshots of the comms for you to read to show how poor their customer service really is.

I ordered from fuel station and this morning at 10am the delivery arrived opened and unsealed and the delivery guy expected me to accept it which I refused as it looked to me some items have been taken or what so ever.. Now I have email 3 times to fuel station and even send messages on the chat and still no reply.. I don't get why you don't have a phone number people can call as nobody is replying back to emails or live chat.. It actually very annoying.. I don't think I will order from here again if this is not sorted out.. No way I'm going to accept a packaged that has been opened and tamper with and the poor customer service so far it a joke... I will be sending another email right after this review..

I have been buying from fuel station on and off for a long time. Last few weeks I have been doing a proper detox and in 2 weeks with a 3 day juice cleanse once a week have lost 21lbs. I feel amazing. My skin is so clear and my energy is next level. What I love is that I’m not hungry with them. Love them

Had an initial issue with my order where about half the items were missing. Emailed fuel station, and they replied in less than two hours, sending out replacements along with some extras, everything arrived the next day.

Really impressed with their responsiveness and customer service. Would definitely recommend!

We’ve used them before and consistently seen results. If you’re looking for water related weight loss to kick start the mental battle with the scales, we have usually lost about 5–8 lbs on a 5 or 7 day programme.

I have completed the 3 day lean juice cleanse, which I do every year.
Not only did I drop 5lb, I felt less bloated, I had more energy, I slept better and surprisingly didn't feel hungry. I would fully recommend the juice cleanse for a full body reset.

The juices are a good size, will be drinking them tomorrow so can't comment on the taste yet. I was disappointed to only receive enough for one day though - I purchased the 1 week 5:2 pack so expected juices for two days. I have emailed and also queried on the website with the chat function twice and have not yet had a reply, after 6 days. Very disappointing to have no communication in response. Delivery was quick. Unless I hear from Fuel Station I won't be purchasing again due to lack of customer service.

I absolutely love the Soulmate Detox juices from Fuel Station. Delivery was quick and the juices arrived perfectly frozen. They’re really tasty and ideal for a healthy reset. The information provided for the juice detox was spot on and super helpful. Highly recommend!

Just completed a 5 day juice cleanse and feel SO much better! I feel so much less bloated and the constant thought of snacks has gone! My energy levels are better and the juices are delicious!

Missing order, claim they delivered the order but never received! This website is a scam please avoid, will be spreading on social media also for people to avoid this company, I would recommend nutriseed who send out the products quickly with no hassle

Fantastic cleanse, I genuinely felt amazing after completing the 5 day juice!

The juices are tasty, I found it easy to do a 3 day cleanse and other times I’ve used a 3-day to do a “mostly juice” working week! Customer service were very helpful and delivery was smooth…highly recommended!

I've just finished the 5 day standard juice cleanse. This was my first juice cleanse and I was honestly surprised that I didn't feel hungry once.
My order arrived in a speedy manner and the juices were very tasty. Overall I was very pleased and will definitely order again.

Abysmal. Ordered for delivery Monday, but didn't arrive. Emailed on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, and contacted via ChatBot, but still haven't had a response.
Avoid like the plague - am seeking legal advice on how to obtain a refund when I can't contact anyone.

I recently followed a 3 day cleanse and I feel great from it. I didn’t feel particularly hungry. I still had energy and focus and I feel like it really helped to reset my gut.
The juices are actually lovely, so very easy to drink.
I would highly recommend and have done to some friends already.

I love Fuel Station, they’re my go to for when I need a reset, usually a couple of times a year, because for me, a juice cleanse is a great way to kickstart a prolonged diet/health regime. There are plenty of options to choose from, definitely the most reasonably priced, and the added benefit of specific delivery day choice. Me likey!

Do not taste good at all. Mainly apple as the ingredient. Day one I had a headache by the evening. Day 2 I threw up all day and was so unwell. I thought maybe it might not have agreed with me but my partner also was doing the 3 day cleanse and he was just as unwell. Wouldn’t recommend at all personally but each to their own.
