I moved several websites over from another host. The move quick and easy. Any small issues that arose were quickly (measured in minutes and hours) resolved by their team.
I should also point out that before the move, Sales answered all my questions in a patient and timely manner. This gave me the confidence to use them for hosting and I'm very happy with their ongoing support.
There dashboard is easy to use, and everything runs perfectly.

Fullhost staff always provide outstanding support
I have used Fullhost for many years for the website and email hosting of an amateur radio club. Based on my very positive experience with Fullhost service, I recently created another website with them for a friend of mine who is a very good craftsman, with high standards.
Occasionally I have needed help to fix something, typically an error I have made in one of the web sites. The FullHost support staff are always there, responding very quickly and effectively to my calls for help. It is very reassuring to get an email from their support staff saying "I can help you with that..."

Solid value, expert, real
I recently explored moving my set of domains over to FullHost, when I was having problems with my long time host service due to their being acquired. In the end, FullHost and I couldn’t quite get on the same page, and I elected for now at least to stay with my current host. I must say however I was very impressed, both by the technical savvy and the customer service. I don’t think they are necessarily the cheapest option, but they are perfectly reasonable in their pricing, and I have a high degree of confidence in their value for money. I don’t hesitate to recommend them, for clients of all sizes, particularly if you understand the importance of keeping you data entirely in Canada. Unconditional five stars.
