They are so quick to answer with answers that solve my problems right away!

Excellent service through out

I moved several websites over from another host. The move quick and easy. Any small issues that arose were quickly (measured in minutes and hours) resolved by their team.

I should also point out that before the move, Sales answered all my questions in a patient and timely manner. This gave me the confidence to use them for hosting and I'm very happy with their ongoing support.

There dashboard is easy to use, and everything runs perfectly.

Probably one of the best companies we have worked with in regards to help and support running and hosting the admin side of things. Chris, Brian and Ole are so on top of things and never fail to get things done on time. They have kept us organized and on track and check in often to see if anything further is needed (unlike most companies who set an account up with you and disappear). First company we have worked with that we actually believe have our best interest at heart. Will recommend them to any company who needs help with website and email hosting.

I own and operate a business software company. I've used FullHost from the beginning and could not be happier with their service. When there are issues their support team is fast acting and very effective. They've saved me a lot of headaches and add to the credibility of my brand. They are a vital component of the business.

I have used Fullhost for many years for the website and email hosting of an amateur radio club. Based on my very positive experience with Fullhost service, I recently created another website with them for a friend of mine who is a very good craftsman, with high standards.

Occasionally I have needed help to fix something, typically an error I have made in one of the web sites. The FullHost support staff are always there, responding very quickly and effectively to my calls for help. It is very reassuring to get an email from their support staff saying "I can help you with that..."

I recently explored moving my set of domains over to FullHost, when I was having problems with my long time host service due to their being acquired. In the end, FullHost and I couldn’t quite get on the same page, and I elected for now at least to stay with my current host. I must say however I was very impressed, both by the technical savvy and the customer service. I don’t think they are necessarily the cheapest option, but they are perfectly reasonable in their pricing, and I have a high degree of confidence in their value for money. I don’t hesitate to recommend them, for clients of all sizes, particularly if you understand the importance of keeping you data entirely in Canada. Unconditional five stars.

As a web developer I have worked with numerous hosting firms over 20+ years and FullHost offers the best customer service out of any website hosting company that I have worked with and fair/competitive prices.
