Good service for the price. Customer service is usually responsive and the turnaround time whenever I contacted them has been good. They take common sense to the highest level in their dealings.

I can see you have been in touch with your technical support using emails, and the problem seems to be related to the WIFI signal and not the connection itself.
I would advice you to contact our technical support team by phone, so they can determine if the router is working as it should.

I am happy to have ordered an Internet service from another provider
I've been using Fullrate for many years now and unfortunately my experience has been really poor. I've been reluctant to switch to another provider for this long, but today I am happy to have ordered an Internet service from another provider.
On multiple occasions I've had issues with Internet being down. Over the past few weeks, it has been awful. And I needed to restart my router so many times. And this is not the first time I am having this issue.
In short, we are DONE with Fullrate. Sorry Fullrate, but this level of service does not cut it.

I'm sorry to hear, that your leaving Fullrate
I have checked your connection and it works fine - but I can see that your router has an issue and needs to be changed. The router is also 5 years old, and may be a bit tired. I can't see that you have been in contact with our support, so we haven't been able to fix the problem.
Your bad connection can easily be fixed by changing the router. I will send the new router to you, and then you can test it.
Again, i'm very sorry to see you leaving, but hope you will stay after trying out the new router.
