Shipped fast great fit

Was able to talk to an actual human on help line prior to ordering, and because of that I got precisely what I wanted. Happy with the product and communication. Shipping took an extra day or two (maybe 7-8 days total), but time wasn't of the essence, and it was New Year's so a delay kinda expected, and I couldn't care less, but I thought I should mention it. I'd gladly order from Full Source LLC again.

I've ordered so many things from Full Source. T-shirts, polos, undershirts, hoodies, jackets. Good quality, good price, good designs. Shipping was quick and easy. I like not having brand logos all over my clothes and still get good quality materials.

The negative was delivery - we live about 50 miles from FullSource yet it took over a week for the shirts to get here. I will give them the benefit of the doubt - the order was placed one week before Christmas but ... Please tell me WHEN it will arrive when ordered!

I ordered the JST72 V-Neck Raglan Wind Shirt 3X, but I received a JST73 size medium zip up hooded Raglan jacket. I would like the correct item, JST72 Black 3x, sent to me. Thanks for your attention to this matter.
I have set and email to Mandy and have received no reply. I have called and talked to someone that check the email I sent and also NO reply.

Shipping is always on time.

I placed an order directly with an agent for several vests - it was actually a second order. When I received the vests, there was an error - among what I received, rather than 2 sized XL vests, I received 2- 2XL sized vests. I contacted customer service, explained the situation and was initially told they could not help me, because it was my error. Further discussion, including clarification this order was placed by verbally speaking with an agent, I was told I would be called by a manager to discuss options. A week later, I received an email telling me that my money was being refunded – so I contacted them and suggested rather than refunding the money, I could simply return the two wrong sized order items and have them replaced with two correctly sized ones. I was told because two is under the minimum order quantity, they could not help me. I explained again I was not in a rush but I do need them. The associate named Eathan stated they are too busy to help me - by email and not a return call.
So now I have a business conference with my team - and 2 members will have no matching attire.
I have used Full Source several times - too bad they apparently do not care about losing a corporate client. We will not use them again.

My daughter uses them at work. She opens a lot of shipping boxes and they give her grip as well as protect her hands from sharp paper cuts.
