By some margin the worst bookkeeper I have dealt with. I registered, placed a bet and lost. Then didn't access my account for a week. After a week I placed some bets and won. That appears to have been where I went wrong. One is allowed to bet but not to win. The same day that I had my wins I had an email asking for proofs such as bank statements. Within a few hours of this my account was blocked and I could no longer access it in any way.

When I asked why, I was told it was because I failed to answer within 24 hours. In fact I had answered after about 22 hours but whether it was 5 minutes or 5 days, there was no need to block my access to the account. I have been restricted in stakes before with other bookies. Had to jump through hoops to make a withdrawal with some. But never blocked like this.

I have spent 2 weeks trying to resolve the situation. Sent many emails, predominantly to their escalations team. Still no joy. I heartily advise you to avoid this company.

money is not all secure as they will not give your money back and keep our money in their system for more than 1 month and put many restrictions.

This is an awful company it shouldn't allowed to operate. They are racists and discriminate customers. I created an account, deposit funds, send my documents, verified my account and placed a bet. After 2 or 3 months that I wasn't betting at all I logged in my account and I received an email from them that they wanted to know how much money I could afford to spend, time I spend on gambling, where I find the money to gamble. I answered. They demanded my bank statements and restricted my access to my account. I send everything to them and they came back to me:
Dear Dimitrios,

I regret to inform you that Fun88 have decided to close your account. As part of our sign-up and log in process Risk Management checks are carried out against our customers device numbers.

The device you used to interact with our website triggered an alert, and upon review it has been deemed the nature of that alert exceeds what is deemed to be an acceptable risk.

As such, the management team have decided not to continue the business relationship.

I demanded to learn more. What was the problem, what I did wrong and they kept telling me their decision is final and they couldn't give me more information. I kept asking until they told me:

Our systems have flagged your withdrawal due to lack of turnover, £600 was deposited and only £8 of this has been staked, can you please provide an explanation for this?

Avoid them. You will loose your time and if you win I doubt they will pay you and will find a reason to void your winnings. They blocked my account without even betting. Do you imagine what they would do if I had win?

These muppets closed my account after I had the audacity to withdraw £84.50 from my account.

Im self exculed from this company yet still able to open an account and deposit there customer service is so bad the agent was so rude i have emails that i have forwarded to the gambling commission stay away from this site use a better company like casumo

I decided to self excluded from this website as I do have a gambling problem but before I did that I must admit this casino was fantastic great wins really fast withdrawals as well so I would recommend this casino to anybody

I really feel I needed to write a positive review for this site, as a new customer making a few deposits and then making a withdrawal I was waiting for the usual long pending times and endless verification requests, I was quite shocked to check my bank account today (less than 18 hours after making my first withdrawal) and the money is already in.

Its amazing really as I've never seen a withdrawal get back to my account from any other big name or small name online casino ever - with the exception of Sky Vegas.
