They don’t ring you back or respond to your emails. I’ve been ringing their phone line for a week now and no one picks up the phone. I’ve left numerous voicemails and emails for the finance manager and tide in general. No one gets back to you. Waste of time.

I must have asked for countless different finance examples, deposits, monthly payments and terms, and every single time she came back quickly with exactly what I'd asked for. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.
