Nova Legal Funding 

The person I spoke to in my extremely short conversation of less than 5 minutes (I want to say his name was Chad but I could be wrong) was courteous enough but certainly not helpful not did he seem extremely knowledgeable as he had to put me on hold to ask someone else what to do almost immediately. My case has already been settled and yes there are 8 beneficiaries HOWEVER the amount each person is going to get (over 50k) has already been agreed upon and submitted to the court. After reading all the great reviews I thought I finally found a company who will at least try for me but sadly this wasn't even close to being the case. They didn't bother to get any details or speak to my attorney. I would not recommend them to anyone. The one star is for the rep's courtesy despite the fact that he wasn't helpful otherwise I wish it was possible to give none. Total disappointment. Will go elsewhere and if you need someone to fight for you I suggest you do too.

**Update** After writing this review I immediately got a phone call from Diana apologizing and offered to help me. She quickly contacted my attorney and got the ball rolling. I will update completely once the process is complete but did want to say thank you for your quick response, great customer service and actually trying to help.

Hello from Katy,Texas sending 5 stars!!! Nova was fast & even aggressive getting me approved so i could secure my home.
