Birthday Gift voucher problem
My only problem is that after initially adding a gift voucher that would simply be printed within the card, and that can be used online, in the end FP "don't deliver abroad" but when I removed the gift voucher delivery abroad was ok, but just for the card. Otherwise the products are excellent 👍

I'm sorry for the confusion around the gift voucher. While we can deliver cards internationally, some gift vouchers and gift products are only available for UK delivery, which can affect the delivery options available at checkout.

Had issues paying for my Father in Lawa card and pressie. Took over two weeks to resolve. In fairness was issues with mastercard payees. But resolved.

Next day delivery as promised, even when ordered on a Sunday.
I ordered a card and paid for next day delivery. It was Sunday 5th when I placed the order & thought it would be unlikely to be dispatched on the same day, but the order details said delivery on the 6th, so I proceeded with the order. To my surprise it arrived as promised on 6th! Thanks 😄

Card selection good, overall web experience frustrating.
The general card selection, editing is fine, but the multiple do you want to add this gift or that gift is frustrating. Everybody that uses the site knows you sell all this stuff, so why push it down our throats. We are intelligent people, we know what we need.

Will never use Funky Pigeon again
I ordered two cards for important family members birthdays and to ensure prompt delivery paid extra postage. Both cards never arrived, birthdays passed and no cards !! Customer service has been shocking and after such big disappointment I will never use Funky Pigeon again.

Great Service (But Getting Expensive!)
I use FP for all my cards. It's a great company, and very reliable service. However, it's getting more and more expensive, so I have been thinking about looking at alternative cheaper services in the future. But that said, it's a great company with a great product.
