Cool gift but the bag does not hold like advertised. Even with the wall pad(which cost extra) it still doesn’t hold long. Don’t recommend

So far, so good. Got it for my son to channel his hitting energy. It's a sturdy product and easy to assemble. The only downside is just finding a good spot to place the bag suction. It doesn't stick to walls very well, luckily we have a small table that's easier for him to hit the bag on.

At this point, it's like a scam because the ad made it seem like you could stick this punchbag on any wall but that's not the case at all. You all got your money and I have yet again fallen for the banana in the tail pipe. If my grandson can't stick it to the wall then how is he suppose to use it? I wouldn't recommend this product for that reason alone.

I am editing my original review. This "our business business" is absolutely garbage. I feel that no matter how bad your product is, in order to keep going, CUSTOMER SERVICE. Funpunch had none. We've had the product now for almost 2 weeks since delivery. Within 4 days the bag wont inflate. I tried emailing and guess what. No response. They keep sending the advertisements, which in my opinion are false. They should market this for children 5 and under. Not adults. I keep trying every single day to email them, and still no response. I am not sure if they are from the USA but I will try to report them to the Better Business Bureau. For any customer that has had the same experience, keep on them. I see there are more unsatisfied customers than those who are happy. I think its because the bag is for children and parents love it for them. I can't express how frustrating this has been. Waste of money. Waste of time.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered this as a Christmas present for my Son. It arrived with the wrong screw, I emailed twice and had no reply. Customer service is terrible. A waste of money, avoid !

It did not show up. The product was promised to arrive by the holiday (last week) and it still hasn't arrived. Impossible to get ahold of customer service. Zero response from this company.

Suction cup doesn't work well at all, even on a flat clean surface. Maybe an option to mount it securely to a surface would be better. This might be useful toy for a small child, not really as advertised.

It doesn’t stick. I should have read the reviews first. Learned my lesson about people trying to make a quick buck with a scam putting ads on Facebook.

I just got my rage it’s so fun I love how portable and easy u can bring it and stick it to anywhere just to hit something feels good.

Been 2 weeks; still waiting…..

I was lucky enough that the product arrived in a reasonable time. I do believe the negative reviews on that part may be due to post office or shipping issues with companies. But anyways, the product itself is cute and seems like it’d be decent quality.
Major issue though, it will not stick to anything except glass! That seems really dangerous as I don’t want me kids to be punching, or jabbing towards doors and windows. The wooden doors in my home they will stick to but once you hit them, they pop right off. The walls they won’t even suction to at all. So honestly it was a waste of money unfortunately. If they fixed the major design flaw then it would definitely be worth the purchase. But as of now. It was a waste.

Ordered 2 bags and 2 pair of gloves for Christmas for my grandsons. DID NOT RECEIVE!

Great gift for my nephew!!!!

I purchased this for my daughter for Christmas, upon opening to wrap the gift, I was not sent what I ordered. I ordered a pink kids bag and gloves. I was sent a red and blue bag, adult and NO gloves. I have emailed the listed address multiple times and no one has returned my request to return & refund

The shipping company that they use is horrible. Their site says delivery in 5-10 business days. However, I ordered the product on November 30th for Christmas and still have no update on a possible delivery date on December 30th. I reached out to the company multiple times. They keep saying there is nothing they can do. The product sat in Chicago for almost 2 weeks and then in San Francisco for a week to only be sent back to Illinois. There is still no delivery date provided. The fact that the shipping has taken 30 days and the company is still not willing to help is completely unacceptable.

I placed an order for Christmas delivery from Funpunch for my son, which of course didn’t arrive. The Order still shows that it is in transit even though it was ordered on the 8th of December. Multiple emails have been sent to the address provided if you have a query, and of course …. No response. Do yourself a favour if you are thinking of ordering from this place and please don’t. It is also worth taking a look at their returns page in the unlikely event that you did receive your items and would like to return them. It’s an interesting read if you want a giggle. In a nutshell, you will be jumping through hoops to return an item, probably to the point of just cutting your losses and giving up (which I expect is the plan).
As the title states, do not waste your money here; you will get a better alternative from a more reputable, honest company that will not take your money and run!
