Just got mine today and already loving it. I only wish I had a way to hang it from the ceiling or something but that’s more on my situation than the product

I literally never fill out these surveys but at this point am at a total loss. My son is a small 9yo and the bag broke on the second day we had it. I emailed support twice in the last week asking for....support and have not received a response. I would not buy this bag again or recommend it to anyone. There doesn't seem to be any customer service available.

I got my later than I hoped, but I live in Japan so it usually takes a couple of weeks. Since I have received the bag it has worked great. I sticks to everything except the walls in my apartment, but I new they wouldn't stick to them. I punch the hell out of the bag and it sticks. So it is hard to believe all the 1 star ratings. If it starts to get worse I'll come back and change my review

The suction part was damaged and doesn't stick at all. They do not respond to my mail so there goes my 58,94€ to waste!!!

I am very disappointed with this purchase.

The product arrived after a very long delivery time, and considering that it is advertised as one of the most expensive on the market, the quality is absolutely unacceptable. The upper seam started leaking air after very light and normal use. Even a gentle hit by my 5-year-old child caused it to fail completely.

Now the product cannot be inflated at all, as it immediately loses all air. This clearly indicates a serious material or manufacturing defect.

I contacted customer support last Saturday and, as of today (Thursday), I have received no response at all.9 Day now without an answer.

For a premium-priced product, this level of quality and customer service is simply not acceptable.

Overall I believe it's a good purchase. I tried to go the cheap route and get the no name one, and I had to return it because it was brutal. Even though this does fall off occasionally.And the suction could be better.It's a good experience and I am happy with my purchase

It works as described in the video, the kids enjoy it!

So far my whole family has loved it! It helps the kids have another activity to do inside when the weather is bad. The only thing is the suction could be better. I can get it to stick good most of the time but I can’t personally throw any hard punches without it coming off the surface it’s connected to.

Terrible product. Brought for Christmas present. Won’t stick to any smooth surfaces, windows, quartz worktops despite repeated cleaning: will stick for a few seconds /three punches and comes off. Have emailed ‘help’ to request a return three times and have not had a response. Marketing of product is misleading.

Curious of how everyone is getting them to stay in place? My five-year-old is punching it off of the floor every time because it will not stick… not to our hardwood floors, not to a table, etc. kinda pointless

I purchased a funpunch for my kids for Christmas. It has broken from the base (suction). I’ve sent emails 4 times with no reply. Their only contact is via email. This item is not worth the cost. Poor quality.

The rage bag deflated and is unusable. A Christmas Day disappointment. Clearly faulty. Have contacted customer service for a refund however have received no reply.

It’s exactly what the video say. It is.. the quality is great. It sticks to glass and flat surfaces kids love it.

Scam. It does not stick. Only on windows for couple of punches and a very short period of time, and falls rapidly.

Product came in time for Christmas, but broke within 2 hours of use. I have emailed them multiple times and have heard nothing back. I will be reaching out to my bank this week to file a claim.

The bag and construction are generally good, but the suction cup just doesn't work. Have tried to use glass and clean, painted walls. It falls off very quickly. Despite the nice construction of the unit it is overall a major disappointment. I would strongly advise those considering this to spend their money elsewhere. Very disappointed. Boo.

Bought the fun punch for the kids and am very happy I did! Great quality and effort gone into making these. Kids love it and it’s strong enough for me to enjoy too.
Highly recommend getting one!
