THEY DONT SPEAK ENGLISH SO THEY TRANSLATE EVERYTHING THAT YOU WRITE TO THEM AND DONT EVEN MAKE SENSE AT ALL. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND DO NOT BUY!! I WANT TO GET THE WORD OUT THERE BECAUSE THEY ARE A PACK OF LIARS AND THEY ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF BIG TIME. I WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE THEM A ONE STAR RATING BUT I HAD TO TO WRITE THIS REVIEW. Worse Company Do not Purchase
Worse shipping. Worse quality! Worse customer service!!! Please do not trust this company all products are converted from Epson printer. You might receive items 3 months after you purchased.(They will say 30 days ;) ) If any printer has any issues or broken on the transitway you have to PAY extra. Quality is horrible do not ever trust Youtube videos. Very complicate software you cannot even save your artwork. If you ask for any help for even setting up any printer, you have to be awake all night because they might be helping whenever they want. Do not waste money Please go to buy a local brand and has a warranty where ever you are locating. I was going to purchase an EPSON T-shirt printer for 14000$USD. But unfortunately, I choose a cheap way to spend the same amount but nothing works and waited almost 3 months. However, ALIBABA not protecting you. ALIBABA protecting Chinese companies. Do not expect a refund !! You cannot even leave reviews to Alibaba after 90 days if an order has been closed already. Now I purchased Epson SureColor F2100 Printer but spent 30.000$USD. and lost time.
