Needed to ship a bike from Houston to Detroit,,, called Tessa... very nice human to deal with,,, handled everything... put my mind at ease,,, pick up was seamless and very professional driver tied my bike down correctly & smooth... bike arrived on location three days earlier than expected... in pristine shape.... Thanks Tessa,,, you are a true professional... I would definitely use her service again,, if I could not allocate the time to ride to my starting point....

I had 3 motorcycles shipped from Kansas City to Gainesville FL. and 2 of the brand new bike were damaged, Now I have to file a claim with federal Transport and shipping. Thanks for breaking a brand new 2016 Honda Goldwing damaged the left mirror and breaking the license plate fender and bending the plate as well. Great job!! NOT !!! I will never recommend your EXPENSIVE services even after I purchase extra insurance I now have to schlepp to Honda and Kymco, get a quote for what the repairs will be, send it all in with pictures and hope you will pay me ...I want to warn the next person with that expensive bike to be forwarned, DON"T USE THESE SHIPPERS UNLESS YOU WANT TO SEE YOUR EXPENSIVE BIKE RUINED !! Thanks for the head ake you just created for me. Never again! Lousy untrustworthy and EXPENSIVE! My bike was not strapped down correctly as well and I had to help load and unload my bikes as the drivers had no CLUE how to strap them down correctly and yet still my bikes arrived ruined! due to careless and drivers that don't know how to handle a motorcycle let alone a 400cc and 650 cc scooter! I am warning anyone please avoid the head akes that were put on me by this mover! They don't care even about I took out extra insurance to cover any screw-ups and yet they still screwed up everything!

Price competitive. Excellent customer service. Tracking available. Bike arrived on time and in great condition! And since it went diagonally across the country from the Miami area all the way to north of Seattle, that's saying a lot!

my experience was great this time dealing with Federal. It was a pretty seamless experience as the bike was picked up at the sellers business in Florida and delivered to my residence a day earlier than expected. The delivery at my home was great as well as the delivery outfit put the bike on a smaller panel truck so it could be delivered to my residence rather than picking it up at a alternate location that could accommodate a semi. That alone was awesome. The bike was rolled out of the truck and into my garage in pristine condition. The tracking allowed me to know exactly where my bike was during the shipment.

Thank you very much for a uneventful shipping experience. This was my second time shipping a motorcycle within the US with Federal and if I need to do it again I will use Federal without hesitation.

Shipped motorcycle from Alaska to Virginia. Had to use 2 carriers but Fun Transport worked with me and at a reasonable price.

We use Federal for transporting all of our motorcycles. something around 15-20 per year or more. we have never had an issue. we highly recommend them!

I have used Federal twice to ship a racing motorcycle from Ohio to California and back. It was a pleasure working with Judy who scheduled the shipping. Both times they were accommodating to my needs. The pick ups were on time and the drop offs as scheduled. My motorcycle suffered no damage on any of the trips. I recommend Federal for your shipping needs.

Three days before a cross country move, Federal no showed us. A week before the proposed pickup date I had to call Federal to remind them that I still had no paperwork from them, the representative said that the rep that I was working with was on vacation, subsequently I received the paperwork. After returning the contract to Federal, the local pickup carrier called at about 8:00 pm on the pickup date with a story about a defective lift gate and that they would be back the next day, then they no showed us. Federal dispatch unsuccessfully tried to call them several times for a status update to no avail.
We then called Haulbikes.com and they came out the next day at the time they said they would be there for pickup. Five days later my bike was delivered to our new address in perfect condition.

As a service provider recommended by AMA, I have also filed a complaint with them stating this situation.

From pickup in Colorado to delivery in Florida, everything was perfect. Thank you Judy for the extra time and great service to get the shipping process started for me. John L.

If I could give Federal Transport TEN stars I would. They made the transport of my husband’s bike from Portland, OR to Austin, TX totally seamless AND affordable. I worked directly with Tessa who feels more like family now than an service provider. The delivery of the bike is a Father’s Day surprise to my husband. I appreciate Tessa helping me make my dream come through. We will not use ANY OTHER transporter in the future. THANKS TESSA and Federal Transport.

I have shipped my bike all over the country with FunTransport and have had no problems. I normally get it ahead of schedule and in excellent condition delivered to my house.

Although the motorcycle was damaged in shipping, Judy Gordon w/ Federal in Peoria, IL has made the claims process painless thus far. I have filed a claim w/ Kimberlee at CRST and am hoping the process goes quickly. I'd just like to announce that Judy Gordon is a true professional in every way. My hat is off. What a great experience so far. Working with Judy through multiple calls and emails, while I was still on the road. Judy helped me figure out my best options and was even able to modify the final destination for me as weather conditions changed. I live in MN and shipped from TX. Our weather in April can be horrific, and that is what happened at the last minute. Judy was very professional and clear, helping me change my original scheduled pickup from a Federal Loading site in St. Paul, to my home address. Federal is lucky to have people with Judy's knowledge, skill and patience. I'll be shipping again with Federal in the future, no doubt!

My experience with Fun Transport couldn't have been better. The agent was extremely helpful from the time she gave me the quote until the bike was delivered. I received a slew of quotes from other transport companies but there was something about Tessa and Fun Transport that really put me at ease. The bike was picked up within a couple of days after me signing the contract and delivered within about a week which was consistent with what was agreed upon. Actually came two days prior to the date listed. The dealership I purchased from also was impressed with how effective and efficient pick up was.
