Nice furniture for the price, although delivery took 3 months for 2 cabinets. Order them on September 15th didn’t receive all of the 2 cabinets until December 8th . Got 1 in October then got the other in December and then had to wait another week for the doors.Couriers they use are hopeless.

Absolutely appalling service and quality. Ordered a tall larder cupboard and arrived with 2 broken pieces and a missing hinge.
8 emails down and 6 weeks later and still waiting for confirmation of when the replacement parts will be sent.
Avoid this company !

Poor quality product, late delivery & atrocious customer service. Hard to contact, when you finally get a response nothing is their fault & with such an unnecessary aggressive, arrogant attitude as well. Thankfully we ordered through B&Q marketplace so we’re able to get our money back. Never again.

I ordered a flat pack tall cabinet. It took a while to arrive and when it did the long parts arrived broken all the same place so it looked like they had been broken in transit. I contacted the company and they immediately sent replacements FOC. These arrived in perfect condition thankfully . Great company to deal with!

I ordered a wardrobe which arrived with the mirrored door broken. I requested a replacement and they initially replied quite a few times but never gave a replacement and are now ignoring my emails. The phone number does not work either. I'm left with a wardrobe missing a door, and I'll have to pay to dispose of the wardrobe and broken door which has shards of glass. Terrible company given they state they give "exceptional serivce".

I order a bathroom cabinet on the 3rd of September it said pre order and delivery will be between 20th - 30th of September. It is now nearly the end of October I haven’t received my order. I’ve contact customer service and they have told me there waiting for the supplier to provide delivery dates to send the item to them which was on the 23/09. On 7th October I was told good were on the way from Italy. It’s been over a week later still nothing so I’ve requested a refund as I’ve been waiting over month and without reaching out to customer service I wouldn’t haven’t been kept updated. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here, you’ll be waiting for ages.

Awful experience. I ordered 2 wardrobes and paid via Klarna.
4 weeks and counting, no signs of any delivery, no updates, nothing at all, I won't ever use this company again, no wonder I had never heard of them before this order. They are appalling I HAVE REPEATDLY ASKED TO CANCEL AND GET MY MONEY BACK AND THEY JUST IGNORE YOU

This company delivered exemplary customer service. I changed my order and delivery date at short notice. They replied to my emails immediately confirming the changes. I received a partial refund immediately on the item as it was smaller and a little cheaper. I didn’t need to request this and it was done automatically. They delivered my revised item at short notice on the day they said they would. 100% recommend this company.

Ordered a desk on 31st August, delivery expected by mid of September. Contacted on 16th September to get an update and the answer was “we received an email from the factory that the item is out of stock and not planned to be back in production before at least a month”. I decided to cancel the order and requested the refund. I sent another email on 22 September in the morning to get an update on the refund, no answer. I’m forced to block the payment on my credit card. Really bad experience, complete time waster. AVOID!!!

Bought 2 items for the bathroom. Lorenzo vanity unit and tall cupboard. As per other reviews, the delivery was delayed by quite some weeks. Email communication was responsive. I had several email communications because the tall cupboard was delivered in half! Poorly packed and whoever delivered it must have known. Took another few weeks to receive a replacement. Really not impressed by quality for the price. I can only describe it as the old MFI quality. Definitely WAY below ikea spec. I bought because it looked different. In summary, I would not recommend the products I bought or purchase from this company again.

Avoid this company if at all possible. Do not believe anything they tell you as it will invariably be lies playing for time etc. The item I originally ordered was supposedly in stock, however as soon as the money had been taken from my account I was informed that it would not be arriving from their suppliers until a date a couple of weeks ahead and then they would arrange delivery. As this was of no use to me I told them to cancel the order and return funds to my account. This they conveniently ignored and it was only after a chase up email that they actually gave a date for the item to be delivered. I again got back to state that I wanted the refund honouring but I still got a further email telling me they would deliver the following week. I again insisted that I no longer required the item and asked again for a refund. I was told the cancellation would be activated and it would be 5 - 7 working days for the money to be returned to my account. It is now 7 working days since that notification and surprise, surprise no sign of the promised refund. As the item wasn't even in stock when the original cancellation was requested it is unbelievable that it is taking so long to get a refund. Looks like I will need to take legal action.

Why is my review going to be taken down in 2 days if I don’t converse with Furnicomp? This company had my money for weeks & had no stock!
Even after saying they would refund I still had to chase them.
The guy who called me just wanted to talk at me - He should practice what he said to me -

Absolutely nightmare of a company to deal with. I've given them every opportunity to resolve the issues and they just "kick the can down the road" Their promises are empty and the quality of furniture is awful. I received broken hinges , bowed wood which means the unit itself is useless. They wouldn't take the photos or my word as proof and want to send a person out to review .. 1month later no visit / schedule or return call / email / messages. I'm reporting them to trading standards as had enough of them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I ordered a table that extends.

Thought it was perfect, until you add a leaf to extend. The table slides out, leaving big gaps meaning everything falls on the floor.
To start with customer service were getting back to me. Now, they are silent. The issue has not been resolved, and I have had to purchase a new table.
This was an expensive, but I felt good fit for my kitchen, and now really disappointed, as it is not fit for purpose.
Just be warned, that if something is wrong with the item, there is no customer service.

I ordered a white high gloss cabinet and it’s lovely, I’ve got it in my clinic and it’s super practical … loads of storage. My DIY man also had a bit of an accident when putting the top on and the fixing came through the top, they even sent me a replacement top free of charge. Amazing customer service … thank you !!

I placed an order on the 2nd of July, and although the estimated delivery time on the website was stated as 3 days, the product arrived on the 6th day. After reading some negative reviews, I became concerned and attempted to reach out to the company, but unfortunately, I couldn't get through on the phone, and my email went unanswered for about two hours. In response to this, I left a 1-star review detailing my experience.

However, within an hour, the company got back to me and explained that they had sent me an SMS confirming delivery details a day earlier, asking whether I would be available to receive the product. I had missed this message, which was my fault. The next day, the product was successfully delivered.

One issue I encountered was that if you live in a flat, the delivery is left at the front door rather than being taken upstairs. They mentioned an additional charge of £12 to carry the item to the upper floor, which I found a bit frustrating.

Aside from this, the product (Shoe Storage Cupboard) arrived without any missing parts and appears to be in good condition.

Good place to find furniture at a reasonable price. Fantastic quality, this is the second time im using furnicomp now and this is my go to place for everything for my home.

Easy swift delivery, no hassle got a text the day before to confirm arrangement and the next day it was here. My item was in stock and delivered in the time frame stipulated.

Ordered a bed from Furnicomp and was thoroughly impressed. Delivery was prompt, the quality is excellent for the price, and assembly was straightforward. Very pleased with the purchase and will definitely be ordering again soon.
