Happy with my product. Delivered on time and the item was full white gloss all around whereas other sellers don’t offer full gloss items

I was a returning customer to Furnicomp as I’d had a positive experience with them, not so second time around, I ordered a sideboard which arrived without the 3 doors, I contacted the company who then eventually sent the doors out , but one was badly damaged, I emailed photos of damaged door and they told me they would send a replacement, few weeks passed , heard nothing so I ended up emailing them twice, only to get no response , l left it a few more weeks emailed again , they emailed back with a curt response saying they’d send a door when they could locate one , that was 6weeks ago and I’ve heard nothing more ! Shocking customer service , no communication from them , this is a company I’ll not be returning to and I advise others to be very cautious of them !

Footnote : I eventually received my missing door, albeit months later with no communication from them , has put me off ordering from them again

Delivery drivers refused to take my wardrobe upstairs. My husband has arthritis in both his hips & ankles. So it’s gonna be a mission for us to do it ourselves. 2 young men & they were to lazy to do it. Will never order again. My son & daughter were both going to buy from furnicomp I’ve advised them not to bother.

This company is disgraceful. They answer straight away to make a sale but totally ignore you when there's a problem. I've had to perform a chargeback. I do carpentry work and have worked on site for 23 years. This furniture is literally the cheapest quality you can get at an extortionate price. It looks good in the photos but it's awful. It's all scratched, chipped and the wood is very poor quality.

Reported a fault with my dressing table over 6months ago and was promised ,it would be sorted and I'm still waiting, for it to be resolved

Bought the Cora lamp table in grey. Really easy to assemble and looks great!

I ordered the Marble effect tall sideboard. Half the price of Wayfair! For the price I expected it to be flimsy. It isn't. Made in Italy its really good quality. The assembly instructions were pictures only as the writing was in Italian but it was pretty self explanatory. The delivery was as stated and they called me to arrange a time. Really impressed with this company and I'd definitely buy from them again.

We bought Oslo 3 Door White & Oak Effect Wardrobe With 2 Drawers and it took us quite efforts to assemble it as the parts/panels are not labled. Then we found the quality of the panels are not very solid ：
1. The drawer frames are so flimsy that part 72033 keeps falling off the drawer and the bottom board (part 90696) is so slim that it is not even able to sustain half load of underwears and easily bent
2. The finishing of the front panels (part 631404) are not smooth and bumpy and the painting is quite thin. The left front panel (part 631404) does not fit very well at the bottom and I need to squeeze it in order to close.
Without assembling it, we wouldn’t be able to find the drawer issues. A bit disappointed by the quality for the price we paid. The wardrobe looks now a bit bad with the drawer’s front board off…

Emailed them and also tried to call them a few times but no one answered the phone at all...

I bought and paid for a wardrobe on 16/11/2022. I do understand that deliveries may take some time but it has been 7 weeks with no communication whatsoever. I have requested a ball-park delivery date by email, phone and Instagram message and been ignored on every platform. No customer service at all. Very very poor.
*I finally got through to customer services to be told that they don’t deliver to my area so my order was cancelled weeks ago. Very disappointing. At no time was I advised about this. I was never sent email cancellation advice or, more importantly, a refund. The advisor did refund me during my phone call however. Further more, the advisor went on to tell me that I wouldn’t get a wardrobe delivered to my area by anyone due to the size of the item (I’m near Plymouth, in a town not up a mud track. It’s hardly Everest). Funnily enough, I have ordered another wardrobe - same size - from one of their competitors. They will assemble it too. My advice is shop elsewhere and save yourself a big waste of time.

I ordered a TV stand and a nest of tables from FurniComp. The TV stand was delivered very quickly. As soon as I saw how the item had been packaged, I knew that time had been spent to ensure it arrived without being damaged in transit. The nest of tables were also well packaged. Fast delivery, quality products and excellent service. I'd have no hesitation in ordering from them again.

Item arrived damaged with split panels making it completely unusable. Tried to report the fault through online chat and telephone, neither worked. Have emailed to request replacement or return.

Update! Managed to contact company though Instagram. Returned item for a full refund.

Generally my opinion is quite good but why 3 ☆☆☆?
We have ordered shoe cabinet for our newly build porch. Product we got is really great quality. Definitely worth the money. Instructions are simple to read and as you assemble you can feel how well it is made
What let them down is delivery time. We have made the order on December hoping it will come for Christmas but sadly it arrived on late March. We have exchange few conversations on early time re delivery and initially it supposed to arrive i mid Feb. Last few weeks we have tried to contact them with no response till I made case with PayPal to get money back. We get call right after and had product delivered week later.
In overall its quality product but they need to work on delivery

I ordered a sideboard, it had a March delivery date, was called the day before delivery by someone very polite and helpful to remind me of the delivery and then a call from the delivery driver when he was 20 mins away. The sideboard is beautiful and was easy to put together with clear instructions. All in all a good efficient company experience with excellent customer service, thank you.
