I had a mixed experience with Furnisho. While their customer service was helpful and delivery efficient, the product quality disappointed. The chairs we ordered showed wear quickly—plastic backs broke, and white turned yellow. Replacement promises weren't kept. Prices may be appealing, but durability and support need improvement. Wouldn't wholeheartedly recommend.
we bought 20 chairs and within less than 2 years all chairs broke. The customer service kept promising but never delivered the required replacement.
Ordered 6 chairs from Furnishio (type Eames). After 5 months the white colour of the chairs changed into an ugly yellow. The material appears to be of poor quality as all of them turned yellow. On top they are not build to last. The plastic in the back has started to break and you can no longer lean back in the chair without them breaking. We simply have to throw them out.
We have tried to complain and suggested that they could replace the chairs or return the money. Furnisho never replied despite many emails and calls.
All in all we would not recommend Furnisho to anyone.
The person I spoke to was very helpful on the phone and took my payment as I could not get it to work on website. Then it was delivered about two days later. I am very happy with the product other than one leg the wood is slightly different but this is not really a negative as these chairs are reproductions and also not in any form expensive so for me its exactly what I expected and the colour sits lovely in my office.
I said I would do an update....... I said I was going to take furnisho to small claims court. I did. They settled in full plus court costs no questions asked.
They have also asked me to take my previous review off which I feel I shouldn't do as potential customers need to know what they are up against if they have issues. I hope they never treat anyone the way I have been treated.

I don't usually write reviews but this was an amazing buying experience I had to share. After much searching around on the Eames style dining chairs I contacted furnisho. There customer service was very impressive and the guy I spoke to was extremely polite and helpful. This gave me confidence in purchasing from them.
Everything was simple, as promised and easy. I purchased the chairs over the phone (took 2 mins) on Tuesday and I had delivery of the chairs on Wednesday morning! There is a little bit of assembly but very straight forward. I'm writing this review whilst sat on one and i'm so happy with my purchase.
Furnisho is a great example of an internet retailer doing it right.
Searched around a bit before I decided to go with Furnisho. Extremely pleased with service across the board from ordering to delivery, no hassle at all and very pleased with the chairs, will have no hesitation in buying again. I will recommend to family and friends. Thank you.

I was so disappointed. I had been coveting the Eames RAR chairs on Furnisho for a couple of years, and this Christmas (with my house finally finished) my Mother offered to buy me two armchairs as a Christmas present. I was hoping to add more chairs to my collection at a later date and am so glad I waited! One of the chairs arrived OK, although I must admit the quality of the seat of the chair wasn't great. You could see circular dents where the legs meet the chair. All the same, I might have overlooked this point and put it down to 'you get what you pay for'! However, the other chair seat was scratched in several places and a large splinter of wood had broken off one of the legs. I contacted the company via telephone, email and by filling in their online form countless times. Not one single message has been answered. I took delivery on December 5th 2014 and am still waiting for someone to return my messages. I think it's safe to say I'll never hear from Furnisho! And I can say with confidence, it's the last time Furnisho will be hearing from me, my friends or colleagues! Pretty bad news for Furnisho, as I work for two interiors magazines!

I ordered a reclining chair from Furnisho and was pleased and surprised at how quickly it was delivered. My girlfriend liked the chair so much I ordered one for her. This was delivered just as quickly and efficiently. The chairs are very good value for money and the service and delivery is free!

I have tried a number of leather dining chairs of differing quality, size and comfort and couldn't find one suitable. I was therefore concerned about buying "blind" - online without trying. Having spoken on the phone to Furnisho, I was giving confidence about the product and service. I was not disappointed. These premium black leather dining chairs, are, in my opinion the best around for quality and superior to all I have tried at over twice the price. Super product. Thanks Furnisho
I've ordered sofa bed which originally supposed to be on the next day delivery. Then I was told it will be 3 day which was fine. Since I couldn't make that date I moved it for another 2 days. I only receive a phone call from the delivery company on the day asking to set up a delivery day which moved delivery for another week. On the scheduled day I stayed at home and nothing was delivered within the time window I was originally given. I called them up and they didn't seem to care much. I had to phone then numerous of times to get any updates. Later on I got a new date for delivery. That day it turns out Delivery Company can’t even find the sofa. I cancel the order eventually.
Don't use them and certainly don't use arrowxl for any deliveries. Lack of competency is beyond believe.

I ordered a Furnisho armchair through Amazon Marketplace and quickly received a notification to say the item had been dispatched. A week later the armchair still hadn't been delivered and I hadn't been contacted by the courier (TNT). Consequently I phoned TNT and they blamed Furnisho. So I contacted Furnisho and they blamed TNT. Meanwhile no armchair....
I'm still waiting for a delivery date but nothing is happening. Furnisho are in no hurry to resolve the issue and don't seem to care at all. I won't be troubling them with my business again.
Postscript: After 2 failed TNT deliveries I finally received the chair using a different courier but this only happened after several emails had been exchanged and Furnisho had continually blamed TNT and failed to take responsibility for their contractor's appalling performance. The chair itself is very good and I'm very happy with it but I am very reluctant to use Furnisho again simply because of their delivery service and lack of urgency in resolving customer issues. They need to understand that when a contractor fails to deliver it isn't good enough just to shrug your shoulders and say "sorry but there's nothing we can do about it".
We first ordered with a friend two Eames chairs, we will order again because the quality expected was really good and the shipping is fast for a cheap price. We are happy so far !

The only disapointement is the date of the delivery (I had to wait 2 weeks instead of 4 days). Except that, everything was OK !
