Should be 0 stars. Like many other people have found they don't deliver thd goods. They are scam people. Will get my money back from the credit card company but please don't use them. I will also report them to trading standards. They should be shut down.

Do not buy off this company. They will promise you the earth and give you nothing.how this company is still trading amazes me .trading standards must have had dealings with them

Had to rate one star so I could leave a review, absolute scam artists,who take money of vulnerable/ hardworking people.

My elderly father ordered from these scam artists for them to happily take my father's money,to send the completely wrong order.

Trying to get to speak to someone to resolve the matter, absolute joke!! Over Two weeks and still not resolved.

Finally get to speak to Barry,who said he would sort refund out and collection off wrong order, which was meant to be in the bank by Friday just gone,what a surprise no refund in the bank and order still waiting to be collected from my parents which was meant to be picked up over a week ago!!

Absolute scam artists please stay away as I would hate anyone else to be fleeced like my poor parents and we not just speaking a couple of pounds .

Had to go to the bank to make a debit card dispute after getting nowhere about getting a refund for cancelled bed order; 2 months of trying to contact them. Hopefully now resolved. Going to find out how to report them to Trading Standards.

Disgusting racist robbing ignorant staff when you can get to speak to Anyone. Quick enough to take sales. No one to answer phone except poor call centre who can't even get anyone to call you. Don't answer emails. After sales team dispicable cads, taking from vulnerable people. Once they have your money you will never hear from anyone. If you have an after sale query forget it. All I want led wax for them to collect mattresses ordered in error and was even willing to pay to restock item but the still won't respond. How they are still trading and the name beggars belief - 24/7 laughable more like 0/365. Even wrote a complaint to manager who owner who doesn't work there. No response either. Utterly appealing company. NEVER GIVE THEM MONEY OR BUY FROM THEM AND TELL ANYONE YOU KNOW NEVER TO BUY FROM THEM

Ordered a mattress which was delivered a week later than expected when placing the order.
The customer service line is a waste of time as they could not answer any queries or did not seem to have any access to a computer to check the progress of the order.

I am putting 1 star as 0 stars was not an option. Ordered a mattress that was 'in stock' for next day delivery, over 4 weeks later still no mattress despite multiple tries to call the company. Quick enough to get through to the sales team who pick up the phone quickly but can not/will not answer any questions on items already purchased and said somebody would call back who I am still waiting on now. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Do not buy from these scam artists. They take your money, don't deliver and keep fobbing you off when you ask for a refund.

Any company whose salesteam don't answer the phone should be avoided at all costs.

this company does not exist got my money back from my bank they cancelled my card because all they wanted was my details IF THEY HAVE YOUR CARD BLOCK IT STRAIGHT AWAY

If I could score less than one ig possible. I have only posted to warn people never to buy from these people. They take the money of vulnerable people and do not send items. Customer Service is non existent, they take your money, dont send items and don't respond to calls or emails. Avoid!

I bought a sofa for weeks ago and is tearing already and it's not even on a part I sit on tried contacting them nothing no replys wont answer phone or text emails nothing very quick to take your money the company is a total rip off DO NOT USE

Not even worth one star. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are a big con I ordered a waterproof mattress and never arrived contacted them daily and only a receptionist available who didn’t know anything. It’s as if the company doesn't exist. DONT BUY FROM THEM

I cant give it any less - ignoring all calls and emails - delivered after I refused - it was put outside my door later in the day. It was nearly 2 weeks late with the deliver so I had to get a mattress from elsewhere for my husband who was coming out of hospital - advised them of this but nothing - this company should not be trading - I should have visited trust pilot before I ordered. Wontmake that mistake again. Getting refund as luckily I paid on credit card. Have emailed them yet again telling them that it will sit outside until they collect it and it can rot for all I care.

ZERO STARS. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY THEY ARE THIEVES. Purchased two mattresses but cancelled the order the following morning. All that was required was for the company to issue a refund. I have been forced to call countless times chasing the refund. Each time you speak with a different person who seemingly has no way to contact any other person or department within the company. No one I have spoken to is able to outline what the company’s refund policy is and one employee laughed down the phone when I asked if there was a supervisor I could speak to. It now looks highly likely that I will require my bank to take up the issue and try to recover the £260 on my behalf. I will also be taking this up with trading standards. This company is stealing money from vulnerable customers. I urge anyone who has fallen victim to them to do the same. Don’t accept that they have taken your money, report them.

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star! They should not even be trading. I ordered a waterproof bed for my grandad on 19/03/2021 and have not received any word from them. Wasn’t until after I had read the reviews and a few other people have been ripped off like me. I now have to try chase up with the bank to see about a refund.

Do not order anything from this company, they scam you out of your money and should definitely still not be trading, only wish I had read reviews on here before placing my order!
I ordered a hospital grade mattress and waterproof duvet on their website on 19/3/21 fir my elderly Mum who is in a residential home, they advertised next day delivery which is why I chose to order with them as Mum need the mattress ASAP. We are now 8 days on and no sign of order, I have emailed them 4 times now without any response and called nemerous times but nobody answers.. A complete scam! I have now ordered elsewhere and will try and fight for the £319 of my elderly Mums lost money!

Avoid - bed ordered expecting next day delivery and it didn’t arrive, eventually got a message that it would arrive with a call the day beforehand. It didn’t arrive and no call.

Have tried phoning both sales and after sales - Neither answer. Sales drops to a call answering service who don’t do anything. Emails to both teams are ignored and no sign of a refund after requesting to cancel the order

This company should not be trading.
They need to be reported to trading standards and the fraud squad.
It is a scam company promising goods, taking payments and not delivering the goods.
Emails dont get answered and phone messages are not returned.

I placed an order on 7th Dec, without looking on here first, then I canceled it, they then tried to delivery it. so it was refused, now can't get hold of them 31st Dec, still no refund. AVOID THIS COMPANY...
