I saw a sofa I like on a well known 3…

I saw a sofa I like on a well known 3 letter sofa company starting with 'D'. I googled the sofa ('rest') and found the identical one (same measurements image and everything) on Furniture786.

Was a bit cautious as you know how it is, you don't want to take a risk as it is a lot of money. However the exact same sofa was nearly £2000 cheaper! I took the plunge and I am so glad I did!

Delivered within 7 days, not a single issue. Great communication. This was shipped up from England to Scotland.

I am over the moon. Fantastic service. I will be recommending to everyone!

One stars is too many

One stars is too many. After seeing the photos of what their death trap sofa did to my daughter they replied with thanks for the images. Someone was supposed to come out and fix the sofa since it arrived with holes and lose staples. Nobody did absolutely horrendous quality the material is absolutely awful. Would not recommend this company to anyone after 6 months i can’t stand it anymore and I’m buying a new one

Reply. I too have the screenshots. Everyone single communication with you starting 22/12/2025.
You sold me the sofa and one week later was supposed to come out and repair it. This never took place and wasn’t until your sofa injured my child you replied thanks for your images. So do not lie. You’re a hopeless company and your reviews speak for themselves.

Great experience overall

Great experience overall. Little to no fuss arranging the delivery and the delivery slot was confirmed via text a couple of days before the scheduled delivery date. Harman and his assistant arrived on time and brought the sofa into the house without any issues.
