Great quality and service!
We were really thrilled with the garden furniture received. Very good quality and several people have commented on the quality. There was a very minor fault with the arm of the sofa but we had a new one within 48hrs of contacting the team. We couldn’t fault the product or service received.

Delivery very quick, beautifully made furniture. Although needed 2 people to put together as screws were quite hard to line up, said 30 mins to assemble but took us over an hour....

Fast delivery, chairs and table very well packaged and table was easy to assemble. Comes complete with storage cover which we haven't needed yet as in use every day. Added cushions but chairs are comfortable without. Highly recommend.

A company you can trust to match expectations
The table was delivered promptly and the driver kindly carried it into our hall due to the weight. The contents came extremely well protected in their substantial double walled cartons. The polystyrene protection was therefore contained and importantly not broken. It was quickly put together as instructions were clear. We kept the table on its cardboard to avoid any possibility of damage on our tiled floor. We examined the top and noticed a very small scratch clearly done in manufacture. An emailed photo seeking how best to treat it resulted in the immediate offer of an either replacement or a discount. We emailed our appreciation to the company and they have responded by return. This contrasted markedly with previous companies who “ made us go through hoops” before getting a response. My wife and I are delighted with our purchase and will not hesitate to recommend Furniturebox. In my experience over many, many years (I’ll be an octogenarian at the end of the year ) the measure of a good company is how they choose to respond in these situations. I commend them whole heartedly.

Excellent and great value
I couldn’t be happier with my new garden furniture set. It’s incredibly sturdy, very comfortable, and looks fantastic in the garden. The two built-in side tables are so useful, and having the additional table gives plenty of space for drinks and snacks when entertaining.
The furniture box was also excellent and provides loads of storage while keeping everything neat and tidy.
The whole experience was made even better by the company. They were brilliant to deal with from start to finish, and I was amazed to receive next-day delivery. Good value - highly recommended
Delivery was fast and reasonable. The beds far exceeded my expectations for the cost. In fact I was thrilled to see they were made from (it think) tulipwood rather than pine. All the bits for assembly were included and there was even a bag of extras - just in case. The instructions were clear and the assembly itself was easy with a few simple tools.
