Sorrentino 2 plus 3 sofa
Ordered the Sorrentino 2 plus 3 recliner sofas and was not disappointed. Quality is brilliant, especially for the money. Delivery was quick, I got told a delivery window a day in advance and they also called me 30 minutes before delivery. Delighted with the sofas.

Highly recommend this company! My new sofa is absolutely stunning, the material is outstanding! Communication on chat was replied to within minutes, quick delivery, the team were friendly, polite and very helpful. The men removed my old sofa and assembled my new one all within 30 minutes. Spot on service received from furniture direct online! I ordered the sorrentino 2 & 3 seater it was £799 quick and easy to order! I ordered Thursday and they delivered on yesturday (Wednesday) less than a week for a brand new sofa! It’s so comfy! Good communication and easy delivery! I didn’t pay extra for them to build however it was so quick and easy to do myself! Now looking at further items to be able to order from them!
They are better quality than I ever expected as I’ve never heard of aire leather before but there perfect! So comfortable!

This was the best customer service I have received. Furniture Direct contacted me straightaway after my ordering to tell me that the delivery people would contact me within a set time, which they did.
