I bought a washing machine on line. They took full payment and never gave me the washing machine. They won't answer to my messages.

Really lovely dressing table delivered on time for our daughter's bedroom. Some screws were missing, but replacements were sent promptly after I contacted the Furniture Image.

I have no real comment. The coffee table was not quite the same as the sample but it was close so we were pleased enough. Communication good and delivery on trime. Reasonable price.

I have used Furniture Images twice now and on both occasions I have had a great experience, The first time I ordered table, chairs and a sideboard which I had first seen in a retail shop in Huddersfield I decided to look on the internet and found FurniureImages.co.uk the items were considerably cheaper + free delivery. The items arrived within a few days and they all arrived very well packed which is unusual these days so everything was in good condition. There was chair that looked like the chair leg had not been varnished correctly and a couple of the legs had not been drilled correctly for the bolts to fit, so I e-mailed Furniture Images and received an answer straight away I just needed to send pictures via e-mail and they said this would be dealt with straight away, within days I had new parts delivered to replace the faults no hassle or anything. I have just had a delivery of a coffee table and some occasional tables all delivered like before within a few weeks and very well packed I have just placed another order for a matching unit to go with the coffee table and occasional tables. I give this company 10 out of 10 for good customer service and quality of their furniture.

Great service and website. The products are good quality and in comparison the prices are really good! The items I bought are exactly how it was described on the website, no tricks or anything! would recommend buying from them.
