Bought my first house back in August and purchased my sofa, bed and mattress here. Amazing quality and the girls where so helpful. Makes moving so much easier when you have lovely staff to help and make you at ease. So great offers. Highly recommend 🤗

For many years, I have been a customer and have bought furniture for both new homes and remodelling projects. Service and delivery have always been excellent, as well as client service. I would strong recommend it.

I’m so thankful with Louis and her amazing team who are super friendly and helpful. Managed to furnished the whole of our new build house from them as all their furniture are great quality and beautiful. We have purchased several pieces from the furniture store over the years but most recently, I got a fabulous new Hollywood mirror for my bedroom which I am delighted with! As always, the service was excellent and the staff are so friendly and helpful. They offer such a variety of quality pieces at affordable prices and will do their best to source exactly what you're after for your home and garden!

The customer service was excellent. We dealt with Sinead who helped us choose our beautiful dining table and chairs. I couldn't recommend the Furniture Store more, the quality of their furniture is excellent.

Furnished complete bedroom from this store, great quality. The staff were very helpful and friendly, kept me up to date on delivery of furniture, nothing was a problem for them. Will definitely purchase here again.

Received my new sofa suite this morning, just as I plan it, great team Louise, on time and perfect for my Saturday evening, will be doing business again with furniture store ni.

I recently purchased a new suite from Louise at the furniture store cookstown, one of the best shops I ever dealt with,I asked about getting delivery late in the evening to which they had no problem doing I asked them to take away my old suite which they had no problem doing,
I would recommend them to anyone as they are very helpful to their customers

Ordered quite a number of items. Sinead was more than helpful. Delivery was as planned and Martin was second to none . Quality was as expected. Extremely happy and would def recommend.

Louise and her team were amazing didnt have to lift a finger - from start to finish the staff were very helpful. I ordered a marble table and it was great because it was a lighter marble so easier to manage and great as my partner was able to build on his own. The chairs we got were perfect and it didn’t even break the bank I had priced these tables elsewhere and were 2K+, also looking a few beds and prices aren’t to bad. Will definitely shop here again. Highly recommend

The Furniture Store NI

Had the worst time with this dining set purchase. Marketed as being marble but are infact cheap Chinese resin tops. Conflicting replies from both the store owner and staff over delivery dates, type of table & chairs.
Paid for an ex display and was told would be a few scratches. When I was sent photos of the table there were dents and scores inches deep not what was described via the first phone call so we ended up paying the extra for a new table.
Gave us cheaper quality chairs and ended up having to drive to Cookstown for them to replace with the better quality chairs we were meant to be given in the first place. We were made to feel like it was our fault the entire time. Upon inspection at home the new chairs had marks and stitching defects.
Icing on the cake was upon assembly of the table it was noted that the frame does not fit the table top. We were told thats just the way it is and you have to just put sticky velcro on to hold the table top to the frame. Box description clearly shows 2 different size of frame & top so of course they wouldn't line up for bolting down. Chair legs didn’t sit flush to get the actual screws in at a proper angle. Eventually Got a refund but not once did they accept responsibility and offer an apology. 1 star rating is generous considering how poorly we were treated. See photos for reference frame doesn’t match table top holes, two different sizes as shown on box descriptions, other photo is from their own showroom displaying they use sticky tape to secure it absolute joke! Never experienced the like of it to spend the guts of £1k to be told just stick it with tape LAUGHABLE! Don’t waste your time shop elsewhere! I will also be posting this review on my personal page as no doubt this will be deleted ! As per Facebook review was in fact deleted CROOKS
