Not happy!

Having paid in full at the time I placed the order, I was informed I could receive my item within five days if I paid an extra forty pounds to have it delivered. I said I would collect the items from store as they would fit in my car. I was informed the store would contact me to inform me when I could collect the said items. It has now been approximately two months and I am still waiting for notification. I feel I am being punished because I would not pay an extra £40 for home delivery.

Doug was knowledgable

Doug was knowledgeable about what was available to view, pointed out sofas that matched what we had in mind, with several options. No pressure from him and once decided he was efficient in placing our order explaining about delivery etc.

Very positive experience

Doug assisted us in the Aintree store and was absolutely brilliant. Gave superb advice in different types of sofas, arrangements, fabrics and colours. Actually went in for a dining table and chairs which we had seen online but after visiting the shop, and being advised by Doug, we found one that was ideal. The store manager was also able to help with processing my deposit and seemed very approachable. All in all a good experience and was able to make a purchase.

Aintree store

Aintree store, were very good, not to pushy, which I prefer. However still available when I wanted to ask questions. Excellent customer service. Second time we've bought in the store and will go back and recommend
