I had a great experience at Furniture Village thanks to Gabriel. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and offered knowledgeable advice that made the whole process easy and stress-free.
Gabriel really knows his products and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my choice. His attention to detail and excellent customer service truly stood out. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and approachable.
Highly recommend asking for Gabriel if you visit—he made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable!

Our power recliner sofa needs a mechanism repair and we have been very worried about it. Ed was extremely helpful and has arranged for Castelan to contact and visit us to deal with the repair, Ed was very very helpful and was very re-assuring.

Great choice of fabrics/headboards/ beds compared to some other competitors we had been to.
The salesperson Sam was very knowledgeable and gave us the pros and cons of the beds and mattresses, which helped us to make an informed decision. We really felt he helped us rather than just trying to sell us something.

We were greeted by Sam Crocker from the hove store who was extremely friendly and welcoming but not pushy, we bought a table and chairs which we are really pleased with. Delivery was great and quick.the whole experience was 5* service.

Billy was extraordinarily professional, efficient and honest when I called to follow up on earlier issues arising from my recent purchase of a divan bed and oak table, which were not functioning correctly on delivery. He offered useful solutions and was persistent in his interaction with manufacturers, leading to a great outcome for me with both items

Sam was truly helpful and made us very comfortable. One reason we shopped at furnitur village was that they allowed well behaved dogs on the premises, as an elderly couple we do prefer ti brind are dog with us when big shopping. Very happy with our exsperiance at furniture village will visit over and above similar stores.

Had our new furniture delivered today by a company Store to Door. Very impressed by the service. Had been given a delivery slot, and then received a call from the delivery team saying they would be with us in about 10 mins. Crew of 3, Matt, Shaun and Connor, all extremely pleasant, cheerful and helpful. Most impressed in that they used floor protection mats all through including hallway and the room where the furniture was to be installed, also had over shoe protectors. Everything unpacked, put together as necessary and all waste and packaging removed. They then passed on some instructions etc. Highly recommend this company

Everyone was very friendly. Sam, who helped us shop, was great throughout the +2 hours we were there. He was well informed, adapted to our needs, and has excellent emotional intelligence. There was a wide variety of items to choose from and at good prices. We got everything we needed, without stress. Thank you!

Only dropped in to research mattresses and ended up buying !
Sam was really approachable and helpful. There was no ‘hard-sell’. He was interested in making sure we found what was right for us and our budget.
The 0% finance made it very affordable and unlike many other finance purchases this will last us 10years.
I recommend a visit to furniture village to look at the various mattresses before buying .. and ask for Sam!

We found Gabriel a highly kind and entertaining gentleman. He made us at ease and explained everything to us. With some of the places we went to and found them very rude and disrespectful. It was so pleasant to find someone not only pleasant to be around but very entertaining.

The staff where very knowledgeable and willing to help especially sam he talked me through my options .

The store was well laid out and easy to navigate, with a welcoming atmosphere and good selection of furniture on display.

The Sales Consultant, Gabriel Zubowicz, was very helpful and knowledgeable, giving us ample time to decide on our purchase, whilst advising on the various options available.

It was quite refreshing to have a helpful, but not "pushy," sales consultant.

TODD PENFOLD is an excellent Sales Advisor. We were seeking a new bed and there is a wide and bewildering range of choice at Furniture Village. TODD guided us expertly through all the options to suit our requirements, budget and house access arrangements. TODD was knowledgeable, amusing and helpful. TODD is a great staff asset for Furniture Village.

Ryan was extremely helpful and the purchase was straightforward and quick which cheered my husband up no end. Cozee sofas delivery quickly as promised albeit on different days which was a bit of a pain as I had to make sure I was in for two days. One sofa has a wonky foot so waiting for this to be rectified but so far customer service relating to this issue has been positive.

Table arrived finally after 12 weeks but Damaged. Now over two weeks and not even confirmation that replacement table has been reordered or an indication of when expected to be delivered. Just a number of calls blaming suppliers. Not an inexpensive purchase, very disappointing. Hope it gets sorted soon. Not happy...
