Great experience at the Cambridge store. Aaron Gilks was very helpful, friendly, and made everything easy. Really happy with the service and my order.

The overall experience was first class, Aaron was very knowledgeable and gave us great advice, but gave us space and time to discuss amongst ourselves.

Peter was great, listened to our needs, didn't pressure us at all. He was extremely knowledgeable and we walked out without buying. But when I called to place my order over the phone with him, he remembered everything, advised us of any foreseeable issues and completed the sake, over the phone and we had a email confirmation of the order before we had finished the phone call. Now that's my kind of shopping! Well done Peter!

The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable and the process was done speedily. The delivery was on time. One small mistake was the delivery van was very big and had a big struggle coming down our narrow street even though I had specified that the company should send a smaller vehicle. Somebody had forgotten to put this on the order. Anyway the delivery men Ben and Adam managed to overcome it somehow and were very good.

Looking for furniture took me to Furniture Village and it was easier than expected. There's a good mix of styles, so it's simple to find something that fits. The space is open and comfortable, nice for browsing with someone. Ended up finding more than I planned.

There was an issue with our order when it arrived at our house - a pen mark on the leather. I spoke with a lovely lady Lola who was very apologetic and quickly helped resolve the issue. Very professional and polite.

The service was fantastic and the salesperson Azzdean was really helpful and patient trying to get us the best deal. Bonus latte and cookies were very nice. Great Experience for a change picking a sofa

Very good range of sofa & chairs at very good prices! Aaron was extremely helpful & not pushy at all! I found exactly what I was looking for & am really looking forward to the arrival of my new suite on Monday 13th! Very quick delivery times too! Highly recommended!

Excellent, low-key and unobtrusive service in-store, allowing us to browse. As soon as we needed help and advice Azzdean was on hand, and could not have been more helpful. Once we had left the store, Azzdean remained contactable and highly responsive while we made our buying decisions. All round a great experience.

We are extremely happy with our final purchase—the INCA RHF Corner Power Sofa, along with the furniture glide set and Jai coffee table. The sofa has become a central part of our home; our kids love it, and friends and family have all commented positively on its comfort and style.

Overall, the company stands out for its excellent customer service, knowledgeable staff, and willingness to support customers through what can be a long decision-making process. This made us feel confident and valued as customers, and ultimately led us to a purchase we are truly happy with.

Store support from Steve Wong @Cambridge Retail Park was excellent, shame we don't live near Cambridge otherwise we would have gone back into the store and ordered through him.

He has advised us with everything we needed and we purchased our mattress and guest room bed from there. We were admiring some sofas just browsing and Azzdean came over when he saw us looking at options. He cleverly guided us to exactly what we needed. Left us several times to mull over, no pressure, just sound knowledge. Couldn't fault him,now awaiting two sofas in three weeks. Thank you

My husband & I visited Furniture Village to look at sofas. Aaron greeted us (remembered me from a visit a couple of days previously) and left us to browse. There was no pushy sales talk (which we both hate), he was there when we had questions and to advise us but gave us plenty of time to consider options on our own.
We cannot fault the way he helped us and we ended up buying 2 sofas!

Great customer support! I'm not used to make phone calls, so I can have some trouble understanding what I'm being told, but Khadija was really kind and patient with me. Also it was nice to hear updates on the number of calls on cue while waiting, it was fast as well.
I'd also like to mention sales consultant Azzdean Seffras, equally nice, kind and attentive with me and my partner in store.
Finally Matt and Tom installed our furniture in the blink of an eye and gave us some care instructions as well.
